This is a basic, budget hotel with stained carpet throughout the hallways and our room was not properly cleaned. The staff were unable to locate basic sites on the U of W campus for us. I'm guessing they host a lot of parties after football games. The carpets are disgusting and should be shampooed or replaced. There are tons of stains in the hallways. The front office and my coworker's room smelled like a strong deodorizer used to cover other bad smells. They didn't vacuum my room or if they did, then their vacuum is... More

The only reason to stay at this dump is the walking distance to the University of Washington. Problems with our room were: hairs in the bathtub,TV remote didn't work,safe didn't work, hall rack was torn off the wall and left hanging with sheetrock particles all over the floor, very little toilette paper provided (had to ask for more), shower regulator... More

Our experience here was awful. They cancelled one night of our reservations without telling us!!!! We showed up at 9 p.m. and they told us that Shirley, the manager had cancelled our reservations without telling us. The inept people at the desk handed us a phone and told us to call booking.com with whom we got our reservations. At 10:30... More
