Amazing hotel right in a great area. Walking distance to a lot of the sights in Seattle. Loved the front desk staff as they were so helpful with any questions I had. Room was smaller, but had all the amenities and was very clean and comfortable. Free beer during the evening from local craft breweries is a great touch!

Night service did not acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front of him. He didn't ask me any questions just expected me to explain my situation. He did not act with a sense of urgency nor did he seem happy to have me check in...not sure why. He also said there wasn't a room for me then...

The rooms are VERY small. The quality of the housekeeping is sub par. The shower is a standard tub/shower which fees very cramped. The whole experience makes you want to leave your room. Might be. Good place to sleep but don't plan to be comfortable spending any length of time awake in your room. It's just not functional.

Our special thanks to Abby at front desk for deducting $50 off the overpriced room at $274. The usual price fior middle of February is $150. Room was so small--no place to open 2 large suitcases on floor, only one chai--a desk chair--light on desk lamp not working, no ice bucket. Hotel recommended by our new stockbroker in the Seattle...

I picked Hotel Max for the price and location. It was a quick 2 day trip, and since we were going to be out most of the day, didn't need anything fancy. I would rate this hotel a 3.5 rating, but since there are no half ratings, I gave it a 4. I booked online directly on the hotel website....

Hotel Max is just an experience all together. A wonderful experience. I can't say enough about the staff and they all seem be focused on making sure your stay is one you will remember. They are all on point with their prompt and courteous response to any question, or need you have! I did rate the food/dining because there was...

I stumbled on this hotel. Great surprise. Amazing location and amazing front desk and staff. I would say you definitely get first class service from this small hotel. I would highly Recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a first class experience from a smaller hotel. The people really make it.

The customer service was fantastic. Rooms are small, but we knew that and don't mind. Comfortable, clean and stylish. Best price in comparison to other hotels in the area. We missed the free Happy hour both nights, our only regret.

I travel for a living and this was easily the worst check in experience of my life. My online reservation wasn't good enough. I just stood there waiting at the desk confused why it was taking so long. I realized that my room wasn't available when she tried calling the Westin to book me for a portion of my stay...

Hi ChaficSaad - I hate to hear that your check in experience was so poor. I am very disappointed that we failed to make a great first impression and have already used your review as a training tool to ensure this does not happen again. I am happy that the remainder of your stay was pleasant and that Jaymie made...

This hotel is real find at a reasonable cost; staff are very friendly, rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The free craft beer in the evenings is a wonderful touch and the bistro next door is very good.
