Hey there Kate! Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your perspective. Truly loved having you and were so pleased to hear you had such a great time with us and in Seattle. Isn't our Sub Pop floor just the best? It's like taking a walk back in time to when Seattle was center stage... More

It was my first time traveling, and alone. Hotel Max made me feel welcomed. The staff was awesome, and extremely helpful. The rooms were a good size, I was only using it to sleep. The location was perfect, I walked almost everywhere (Space needle, pikes place, light rail, restaurants/bars). I liked that there were no homeless people walking around soliciting.... More

The rooms may be small, but who is spending that much time in the room anyway? They've been updated in a modern, attractive fashion. Several steps above your average Marriott property. It is a little noisy inside from the windows and from the other rooms. But they helpfully provide you complimentary earplugs. Housekeeping and the front desk were attentive and... More

Hey there Audrey! Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your thoughts regarding your recent experience. Have to admit that we love your opening line! We aren't the hotel for people who are looking to spend all day in the hotel room. They are just too small for that. Really enjoyed reading your feedback about... More

The Max is everything it advertises and then some! Casual and pleasant staff, great valet service, and amazing perks like free beer happy hour and Miller's Guild next door. The room was perfect for me and Going Green earns you $5 towards amenities like the mini-bar and in-room snacks. I chose the mini-King because it was just me and the... More

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Seattle... The Hotel Max experience is one of a kind every time. No matter which season I'm there, which floor I stay on, which size room I choose, whom ever I meet in the 'Group Hug' elevator, whichever staff member is at hand, every moment of the experience is a dream enclave. I wouldn't... More

This hotel was awesome. The rooms were small but very trendy. Front staff were very helpful and made you feel like family. The location was right downtown. The free craft beer at happy hour was a great way to meet people that were staying there.

We've stayed here for under $100 - right in the heart of downtown (1 block from Pacific Center and Nordstrom, 6 blocks from the Market). The rooms are small in a European-style - pared-down bathroom - but the amenities are good and you can't beat the location for the price! Staff is super friendly and helpful. This is the second... I always stay here when visiting Seattle. Location is fantastic and the staff are excellent. Good food, if somewhat expensive in the attached hotel and plenty of options in near by Capitol Hill. Have recommended it to a bunch of people who now also stay there
