Room was small, but nice in this electric old hotel. Bed was very comfy. All the staff were great. Fun and friendly with lots of suggestions for enjoying the city. The evening gathering in the lobby and morning coffee with a big window view for people watching was fun as well.

Hello there Roxanne! Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your story. The team and I loved having you and were so thrilled to hear you enjoyed your overall stay. Yes, our rooms are small which is why we put much of our energy into the amenities we provide our guests and the service we...

Location bis fantastic, service and personnel equally so. Restaurant high end but good. Mostly offsets funky room configuration - would still recommend - I may just be too old-fashioned. Again - though great people here!

Free beer every evening was a great touch. From check in to check out, all working at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. It is a bit funky and fun, starting with the room cards.

My first stay was great. I will be back. Convenient location for downtown activities, comfortable room and interesting building. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They offered help with transportation and directions.

The rooms are very small and there is a lot of street noise. So much noise, that ear plugs are provided on your nigh stand. The bathroom is so small that you have to sit on the toilet with your legs angled to the side because the sink is too close. I guess you can wash your hands at the...

Hello there! Thanks so much for staying and for letting us know how your experience was. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of control over the size of the bathrooms or our guest rooms. As an older building we choice to keep our windows that open as many months of the year this is a wonderful amenity. Instead, we provide...

This hotel is obviously in an older building but had been refurbished really well giving it a new lease of life. The bathroom was small but adequate, our room was very spacious though with lots of room for luggage and to spread out. The road outside can be noisy though so higher up or at the back would probably be...

$75 a night hold on card is too much. $45 for parking when you can park across the street for $18 is insulting. Our shower flooded our bathroom the first night and set off the fire alarm the second night. I wont be returning.

Hey there Michael! Thanks for staying and for taking a moment to share your comments. Truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your bathroom. Not something that happens all that often so we appreciate you taking a moment to share this with us. We took a look at the bathroom and adjusted the fan settings. All good!...
