The hotel was great! The elevator though was very strange. Had to have a key to use the elevator, but sometimes the keys did not work. Had to go and ask the staff for a new elevator key, it still did not work. After some playing, we were finally able to get it to work.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We seemed to interact mostly with the valet, who provided our car at a moments notice, and good directions. The rooms were spacious and clean, modernized from our prior stays.

This hotel was very functional- centrally located and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable . The hotels within walking distance of most major attractions in downtown Seattle. We stayed in a queen deluxe room which was probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stepped foot in . That being said, as long as you do not plan on...

My wife and I had a night away and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a clean, comfy and nicely remodeled room. Easy walk to good restaurants and shopping. Plus, a wine tasting at check-in is always a plus.

Good hotel for the price. Excellent location. Literally walked everywhere. Beware: Their standard room has no bathroom fan. If you take your loved ones there be prepared to bring air freshener. Overall a well priced hotel at a great location.

Ideally located, check in was fast, room was very spacious and comfortable. One block from Seattle/Westlake stop if you're taking the train in from airport. Love this hotel. Will stay again when I'm Seattle.

The location is right in the middle of the shopping center of Seattle, near Pacific Place, Pike's Place Market, and all the major department stores. It's within walking distance of anything from Pioneer Square up to Belltown. The room itself was quite nice. The only problem I had was the heater kept cutting out trying to warm the room up,...

From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly. They gave us the option of a room on a lower floor immediately or a higher floor ready in an hour. The room was beautiful and clean. Service was friendly and cheerful. The one problem we had -- and it was more comically annoying than any thing else-- was the...
