Sad that the hotel did not tell us that they were renovating the property prior to our stay. No restaurant, lobby or work out facility on site. Very expensive hotel with no entertainment or meeting area to conduct business.

Tiny room and bathroom-no tub :( Very friendly and knowledgeable staff Price did not reflect renovations that were going on. With as many options as there are in Seattle, I don't think I will return to this one unless there is a better deal on the price.

The Roosevelt is currently undergoing renovation. However, the room I had was considerably smaller than rooms I've had there in the past. Although it was a deluxe king it didn't have even a single chair. The sink in the bathroom was maybe probably less than a foot square & about 3 inches deep. I requested guest services to make a...

This hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced for the area. We stayed at a time when the hotel was undergoing renovations, but experienced few inconveniences. We hope to return in the future to see the renovated lobby and try out the restaurant.

Great location downtown near the public market and space needle. Convention center and great restaurants are in walking distances as well. The hotel lobby was under renovations but overall the hotel was clean and secure.

Great hotel and perfect location! Could use a microwave, bigger or separate mini fridge, vending machines or breakfast snacks offerred with the coffee. Staff was friendly and always welcoming every time we went through the Lobby. Left other comments in the precious screen's box.

First trip to Seattle and chose what I thought was going to be a first class experience. The room was comfortable and the TV large, after that rather a disappointment as the place is undergoing renovations. We were not told of this before our arrival. We were however allowed to check in early and the desk staff for the midday...

I sincerely apologize for the less than help experience by our evening associate. We are only as strong as our weakest link and will look to coach this associate on creative problem solving and a compassionate response. An injury away from home is bad enough, I regret that we couldn't do more to have a positive lasting impression be the...

On checking in, we were treated to a glowing description of all the things this hotel WOULD have a few months down the road. While the room itself was nicely appointed, and the bed was FABULOUS, I was disappointed only to be offered coffee in the morning. The restaurant is non-operational, but offering a croissant or a roll in the...
