Comfortable rooms. Clean and well located. Needs some extra perks in the reception area. Good price for downtown hotel. Only issue was with elevators, which took forever due to busy night and one being shut down for repairs. bad timing I guess.

I highly recommend the Roosevelt. I made an error booking and the staff was so accommodating & helpful. Not only that but I was worried that, as their ADA rooms weren't available due to the renovations that it would be difficult for my mum. The hotel staff made sure we had what we needed, as well as an appropriate room....

Everything about my stay here exceeded my expectations! Perfect location-one block from main downtown shopping area, walking distance to everything. Easy, friendly check in, room upgraded. The room was large (king suite) was THE most comfortable bed ever (i kept resetting the alarm the next morning), large screen TV, nice sitting area, refridgerator was refreshing Voss sparkling waters, Nesspresso machine...

Seattle downtown hotels can be expensive. This was good price for a 4 star hotel with an excellent location. I was impressed with the updates king room I stayed in. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

So the Roosevelt is getting a make-over. One elevator was being used for construction. There was a lot of noise, etc. But that's ok. We were informed ahead of time and it was expected. What wasn't expected was the total lack of concern the staff exhibited when faced with a real problem! My wife is extremely allergic to feather bedding....

What a great place to stay. The room was laughably tiny, but who needs all that space anyways? We had a comfy bed (I actually even took a nap!). Our selection of this hotel was based on its location and price. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area which we thought may be a bad sign, but as we were here for three nights and plan to only use the hotel to sleep, we thought why not. We could not be more pleased with our selection....

The vallet cost $45 per day, which is more than half the cost of the surrounding hotels. Also the very next door is a garage, they charge ~$20 per day for self park. I suggest you go this route, since literally, it's 3 feet from the hotels garage to this public parking.
