Lovely hotel, outstanding location. Travelled with the children and the spacious room was ideal (The Alexis one bedroom suite) - well appointed and an excellent value - loved the exposed brick. I will mention our room had NO VIEW. It had a cute little balcony looking into a courtyard of nothing. If booking you may want to ask if there...

Thank you so much JennGriff14 for sharing your stay with us! I’m so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed our One Bedroom Suite. That exposed brick is one of my favorite parts of the hotel. And you are correct about the view…unfortunately our One Bedroom Suites are located on floors 2-4 and we are on the shorter...

From the moment you walk in to the second you step out, you can expect exceptional service. The concierge, Keith, was excellent in making restaurant suggestions and reminding us we would need a reservation on Father's Day. The location was great. We were able to walk or take public transit to all the sites (Public Market, Chihuly, Mariners game, etc)....

The Alexis was outstanding in service and staff. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Concierge was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations. I would definitely return! It is always nice to stay in a boutique hotel that offers more personal touches. We had breakfast in the book bar and the food was excellent - homemade granola was...

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Seattle. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and most popular areas of town. I agree with others on the noise level if you are on the 2nd floor. We moved after the 1st night to the 4th floor, which was much quieter. The staff was...

Thank you so much for sharing your stay with us! We always appreciate the feedback. I’m happy to hear that we were able to accommodate your needs for a higher floor. Being downtown and on a busy street can lead to some noise, but I’m glad that we were able to get you moved and happy! We hope to see...

We were placed in a very small, corner room with no place to sit and no place to put clothing. Upon entering I assumed all the rooms were small, but later realized that was not true. We should gave been told when we checked in that the room was exceptionally small, but we were not informed so. We were very...

My husband and I spent the last two days of our honeymoon here and it was an all-around fantastic experience. We were congratulated multiple times while checking in and the front desk even sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne and box of chocolates to help us celebrate. When I booked the room I signed up for the Kimpton rewards...

It's close to the seafront for fish restaurants etc. room was small but convenient enough for a night. Tried the restaurant downstairs for breakfast but it had a la carte only, and we didn't like the selection of dishes. We crossed the road and had breakfast at the 1000 hotel which had a better menu.

Was traveling with several friends and we needed a handicapped accessible room. I contacted the hotel prior to staying with multiple requests and all requests were honored upon arrival. I’m so happy to hear that you are a fan of some Washington state based wines. We love to introduce our guests to some great wineries at wine hour. Best part is, if you have an extended stay, you are able to try a few different ones we offer each night. It’s pretty neat! Thank you for sharing your feedback...
