Recently I made a reservation for one of our University of Washington students, that once stayed here once before. I did it thinking Marcus was still working there, and our client told me under the new management this place has got worse. First we already made arrangements to

If you’re reading this it’s because you have no choice do you? You have nowhere else to stay that’s close enough to your desired location and either the other rooms are booked or the price is just out of this world. Am I wrong? Okay, so I’m still staying at this place, I knew

It was awful. I dutifully had to call to let the receptionist know that I would be checking in after 9 p.m. on Wednesday night so that I would be able to find the location and be able to. Making it there, paperwork in hand and the two members of my family I registered as my

Quirky hotel. Free all day coffee and a lovely breakfast. Quaint rooms comfy beds. Really helpful pleasant staff. Always happy to help & give advice on things to see and do. Great location near to the bus stop into town. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Can you let me have an e-mail address so I can make contact with you?
There is no parking available from the "hotel." There is a 15 minute unloading zone in front of the entrance. This is right in the University District, near the UW Hospital and on-street parking is rare and expensively metered. There are no parking lots nearby that we could find. This place is, in my mind, designed to accommodate a single, college kid who is afoot. It is not the place for an out-of-town couple to stay overnight.

"do not come here"
"Try to avoid room 107 which has junk furniture and a ceiling cord for the fan which is impossible to reach."
"The area is noisy because you are right off the campus and there is abar in the basement of the hotel."
"No Idea. I loved my room."
"If I had to be in that neighborhood again I'd spend another $75-$100 for a decent room"
