My 2 children and myself stayed here for 2 nights. I was a little worried because Aurora seemed like a busy street and I was unsure of how safe the neighborhood was. It was totally fine! We felt safe walking. The room was clean. Breakfast standard but as long as they have frosted flakes I am fine. No refrigerator.... would...

Good location, near the Space Needle and easy walking distance to downtown, about 10-15 minutes through the "Belltown" neighbourhood. Not the sort of hotel to linger in, but great if you're traveling on business or attending an event, it's basic, clean accommodation. Breakfast was standard, nothing to rave about, the breakfast room is way too small if the hotel is...

First let me say cost was not an issue since it was a comped room. However they were very nice about letting us park before checking in. It was a secured garage so I felt better about leaving the vehicle plus it only cost ten bucks. When I did check in and told them I wanted a quiet room they put me...

This hotel is just blocks from the Space Needle! We walked to the City Center area to see Chihuly Glass, EMP Museum, & to hop on the monorail to take us closer to Pike Place Market ($2.50 one way ride). Aurura Ave is very busy & loud, so ask for a room away from the street. The hotel is snugly...

Spent a few days in Seattle with our teenagers and booked in to the Holiday Inn as we knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed - it was like all the other Holiday Inn's we've stayed at (that's not a bad thing by the way). It's not a luxury hotel, it's basic but it's clean and tidy, could always...

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We offer biscuits and gravy on Sunday mornings in our breakfast bar. It's definitely a staple comfort food in the States! You should try it! Cabs in Seattle, on the other hand, can be tricky at best during the busiest times. When cabs are unavailable, we...

My family stayed at the Holiday Express on Aug 5 & 6 of this year. We wanted to watch the Mariners play against the Bluejays. Our family includes my son (7), daughter (3) and baby (6 months) We had pre-paid the 2 nights approx. $445.00. When we checked out a $10.00 charge was applied for parking, totally understandable. A couple...

Thank you for your comments, and I am sorry the chargers were not found. All found items are tagged, logged, and stored until guests call to inquire about them. We have boxes full of chargers that had been left behind and have gone unclaimed, so we do certainly hold on to them when we find them. As always, please feel...

Stayed at this hotel for a training with the company I work for. Great location and comfortable stay. The front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and the hotel, even though on a Main Street, is very quiet. Great restaurants and shopping in within walking distance and plenty of great attractions, Space Needle etc. are also within...

Unlike some reviewers, I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I didn't have any problems but when I checked in and later came back to ask questions, they were courteous. We booked a room in Seattle at the Holiday Inn Express Seattle Center as it was close to what we wanted to do before our cruise to Alaska. When we arrived, the clerk said we had a smoking room and it reeked of smoke. It was the only room available and we could not accept it. He blamed Travelocity for...

Reservations booked as "Standard Room" types, whether it be through a third party such as Travelocity or directly through our hotel, are not guaranteed a specific room type. This occurs mostly when we are close to capacity and one particular room type is not...
