My husband and I flew into Seattle for the Adele concert and stayed here. While the location was probably ideal for some, I wished we had been closer to Pike Place Market. We rented a car and the price to park your car in the city is insane. We spent so much time driving around looking for reasonable parking it...

Thank you for reviewing our hotel! We appreciate your comments. Yes, I will agree, parking in Seattle is tough. I usually recommend to our guests if you can do without a car while visiting Seattle you should go that route. The Link Light Rail station is just a block from the hotel. This connects you to the airport as well...

This is a nice hotel, but the most expensive Courtyard I have ever visited. It is located near the water, so with a upper floor, you might get a view of the ocean. The breakfast was fine, but $20 for eggs and a coffee. Sirens from police cars kept me up despite my high floor.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We are always interested to know about our guest's experience. We use our guest's comments to help us evaluate our service, product and pricing. When the historic Alaska Building was re-purposed as our hotel, the preservation board prohibited us from changing the windows. We were allowed to replace the glass...

Very pleasant place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Location was convenient though we drove to most activities. I loved how Marriott renovated an old office building & turned it into a hotel. The Cafe next door that you can access directly thru the hotel has great cook-to-order breakfasts.

I stay here for business regularly. It's conveniently located close to my offices and just a block from the light rail station. Parking is expensive but that is just Seattle. Paid $3.50 for a pint of milk in the cafe but everything else was reasonable. Great wifi and love the ability to ask for toothpaste before I arrive via the...

Thank you for your review. We are always interested to know about our guest's experience. You are correct, parking is at a premium throughout all of downtown Seattle. In our case, the hotel does not have it's own parking garage, we lease space on the next block and outsource the service to a valet company, therefore we are just covering...

The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and simple. Parking is too expensive. The restaurant adjacent (The Bistro) is quite good. Housekeeping was lacking. Located close to Ferris wheel area near water (2-3 blocks away).

Great team Great product but the location make it noisy. But for a quick and efficient stay nothing to say about it just what you expect from such product. BKF was very good and service impeccable. Thank you.

I stayed here the 2nd weekend of February. Beautiful marble lobby in an older building in Seattle, however; the rooms very modern and lovely. Quite a contrast! Large bathroom was really nice, as I've stayed in other hotels downtown and some barely have room to turn around! Nice to have Starbucks across the street.

Loved my stay. Great room, comfortable bed. Even with my room outside the elevator I never heard it. I liked the option to avoid housekeeping, I only stayed 2 nights. The Bistro restaurant was great. Had the NY steak, cooked perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Bonus....i walked out the front door to...

This was the third time that I've stayed down in Pioneer at the Marriott. I've stayed numerous places for an international event that occurs in May, but this is where you have a goo mix of price and service. The location is not far from the train station, walking distance to Pikes and plenty of restaurants. Well lit lobby with...

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We had a room with a small refer, a microwave and a cooktop. It was a corner room with a nice view of the Smith Tower. It was a fairly modern room with two large windows. It was on the SE side of the property so away from 2nd Ave and...

Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the hotel and the location worked out well for you. I appreciate the kind comments regarding the staff service.
