We stayed in the room- Phinney Ridge- excellent accommodations, great breakfast, great people! Have been there a couple of times but always meet others who keep coming back. Nice neighborhood, quiet area but close enough to downtown. Visited the Chihuly exhibit this visit.

This place is real gem! Shelley is so welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. The inn is convenient to great neighborhoods and restaurants and not far from Downtown. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, private and quiet. I really couldn't recommend a better place to stay while in the Seattle area!

We arrived at 9 Cranes Inn after flying into Seattle from Salt Lake City. We'd had a long day and were tired by the time we arrived. We were greeted by Shelley and her shadow, Phillip, a cute little Shih Tzu, who was quiet and unassuming. Shelley made us feel at home immediately. She is bubbly and full of energy...

We were welcomed warmly by 9 Cranes Inn's vivacious Innkeeper and her Staff and we found the Inn totally delightful. While modern in the various guest rooms, it has lovingly preserved the wooden features and glass of its era in sideboards, door frames, doors, sills and flooring. Every room invites you to sit and relax far away from the bustling...

I love Craftsman style homes and this one is special. The room was beautifully appointed, (Phinney Ridge), the breakfasts superb and Shelley a gracious host. She even invited my Seattle son to join us for breakfast.

9 Cranes Inn is awesome and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in Seattle visiting our daughter. Shelley, the Innkeeper is warm, welcoming and on site for assistance. She serves up a great breakfast and her cookies should not be missed! We stayed in the Phinney Ridge room and found it had everything and more...

I cannot say enough about the 9 Cranes and the owner, Shelley. I am not prone to superlatives, but this was the best stay of our trip down the west coast and was a hit on all counts. The experience starts with the Shelley, who has an obvious passion for making your stay nothing but the best. She is a...

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel at home. The downstairs is beautiful~ very tasteful and comfortably decorated. We stayed in the Ballard Suite which had wonderful amenities~ comfortable mattress, luxurious bedding, a large bath, gorgeous shower, separate sinks and vanities and a large walk-in closet. There were several sky lights as well as...

This is one of the nicest B&Bs we have ever stayed at. The downstairs is very authentic 1916 but our room was incredibly comfortable, modern and immaculately clean. Shelley the innkeeper is friendly and made a great breakfast. There is attention to every little detail that makes a place great from robes to coffee when you need it. I heartily...
