Very nice and clean hotel. The views are beautiful, make sure you get one that is bay front. We loved watching the water planes take off and land. Staff was so friendly and the conveniences with the Starbucks and on site store were great...loved the option to charge it all to the room.

Courtyard's rooms and service do not disappoint. The staff are always friendly and professional; even the drivers who took us back to the airport were great. Food and amenities were of good quality and the restaurant staff were always mindful of our needs during our short stay. Very close to train and even a short walk to the Space Needle.

We decided to go to downtown Seattle for one night, reserved two rooms online, got to the hotel and the very accessible staff exceeded our expectations. Peter at the front desk delivered flawless service. We wanted our rooms close to each other because we have a newborn and toddlers too. The hotel was near 100% too. He upgraded us to...

This hotel is over priced for the level of amenities. We paid extra for the view of Lake Union which was beautiful, but ultimately not worth the extra money. Check in was supposedly at 3pm, but our room was not ready until after 4:30. The room was clean and the staff was attentive. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here for 9 days for vacation purposes, so we experienced pretty much everything this hotel has to offer. It's location is great. It is right in front of Lake Union. Ask for a room looking towards the lake (floors 5 or higher): you will be rewarded with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You will also see people kayaking and...

Took the tram down town then a short walk to the Public Market on Pike! Tram was a 2 minute walk from hotel. the market shop at...

Pricey, pricey, pricey Across from Union Lake and the water based aircraft. it was convenient for us but would not stay there again. No free breakfast which is std for a Courtyard. Dinner was mediocre.

We paid more for a water view room, and it did not disappoint. The view was excellent! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted: to the ferries, the underground tour, pikes market, and monorail to the space needle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also a good restaurant inside (the Bistro) where we ate twice. There...

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've stayed here. This is a high rise hotel in a great downtown location just a 10 min walk to Pikes. Very nice, clean rooms, bar on premises. Comfy beds, windows that open. Only negative is valet, which you must do if you have is car is $42/night.

Checked in as a family of 5, had a spacious suite and the kids thought the balcony and views were fantastic. So did I! I wish we could have stayed a week, the room was perfect for us. Kids loved the breakfast, and there were tons of other families as well.
