The location of this hotel can't be beat. It's a short walk to the Space Needle and a slightly longer one to Belltown, you've got all the restaurants of Lower Queen Anne right at your doorstep and the bus lines will take you right downtown or to Upper Queen Anne. The rooftop has absolutely magnificent views of the city, the...

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to read that you enjoyed our location - it's quite convenient with all it has nearby, and you just can't beat the view from our roof deck. I am sorry to hear about the hiccups at the front desk though! Getting a key to a wrong room is never what we want to...

My husband and I just stayed for one night at this hotel in the Queen Anne neighbourhood, less than 10 minute walk tithe Space Needle and tram to downtown. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops in the area, we loved it! We had a really clean room on the facing the inner courtyard, so it was super quiet,...

This hotel was everything I could have asked for! The rooms were very clean and spacious and even included a kitchenette. The best part about the hotel was the rooftop deck, which included views of Mt. Rainier and Elliott Bay. The hotel was also in a great location and within walking distance of the hottest attractions in Seattle. Will come...

In our 1 day staff the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is outstanding as it is close to the Seattle Center and the opera, which was where we were headed. Parking was easy, though it costs extra ($18 plus tax). The room was pleasant and outfitted with some nice amenities such as free popcorn and Starbucks coffee....

Some softer linens and a few elegant touches would go a long way to improve this hotel. The location in Lower Queen Anne is a quiet, safe & convenient alternative to staying downtown. It's a shame they couldn't come and fix the light fixture that nearly fell on me when I turned it on. Come on guys, step up your...

I really appreciate your feedback! I'm sorry to see that the light fixture came off as it did. Our Maintenance Department is in every day, and our Front Desk staff as well can typically handle minor issues such as this, so I'm sorry that wasn't your experience. We are looking into changing those fixtures to see if there is a...
