My mother stayed here for a visit. It is very close to my apartment and the Seattle Center :) Before she came I asked to be shown a room. They were very accommodating. The only issue my mom had was that the pillows were too fluffy and large. She is a small woman and they were difficult to sleep with....

Thank you for your response about your mother's stay! I am glad that our staff was accommodating to your needs. And isn't that roof desk marvelous? Thank you as well for your feedback about the pillows. In the last two months we actually changed over all of our hotel's linen and bedding. The pillows were chosen to provide as much...

Earlier on this trip I stayed in two hotels in two other cities which had free wifi and complimentary breakfasts for less than the Mediterranean Inn. I felt it was a bit dated and not well maintained. I should have mentioned to the desk staff that the lamp beside the bed didn't work, but I was rushing to get a...

Roslyn, I am sorry to hear that our property didn't exceed your expectations. We aim to be a great value for this area of Seattle, and leave extras like breakfast and Internet out of the rates. We find this keeps us affordable and allows everyone to pay only for what they need or use. We are always reevaluating how we...

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for two nights in October 2013. We were in town for a concert at Key Arena, which is a 3 minute walk from this hotel, so super convenient. The room itself was as expected -- clean, comfortable bed, nice towels, a little area with coffee, microwave, fridge. I thought I had read that this...

Thank you so much for staying with us last month, and for taking the time to leave us a review. It is true that not all of our units have Air Conditioning; being in Seattle we find we rarely need it! I'm sorry that we had that mix-up for you and your guest. Yes, on concert nights we do our...

I was initially really happy with my stay and would have given the hotel a 5-star review until I found bed bugs AND no apology from staff. The hotel has great location, great view from roof-top deck, and a nice business center. However, after 2 nights, I started noticing red bumps on me. I initially thought it was because I...

We have absolutely no bed bugs, and are mystified as to where they sponteneously appeared from in this one room, after a lengthy stay by this guest. We have operated for 12+ years without this problem, and unconditionally do not have this problem currently. Unfortunately, we can not control what a person brings to our property, only that there is...

Stayed here for one night in October 2013. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was average, but clean and the bed was fine. Had to pay extra for wifi ($5) which always surprises me nowadays (although there were computers that guests could use for free), and also parking which was quite pricey given the location of the hotel not being...

We stayed for a quick overnight and were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the great location, the comfortable beds, and the great symbiotic relationship with Starbucks downstairs. In a city that runs the gamut between very reasonable hotel rates at the airport and over-the-top expensive rates in city center, this hit the middle nicely. We called...

For budget travellers like us and first time in Seattle, The Mediterranean Inn was a great place to stay. I was anxious how much spending we will be making so I send them an inquiry if ever my credit card will not work upon check-out, can I pay in cash and I got a respond less than 24 hours stating...

We ended up in Seattle one day earlier than expected, and booked the Mediterranean for one night from my phone on a bus an hour before check-in (long story). Paid about $125 (including tax) for the night for a queen bed room with kitchenette. Overall, considering the true last-minuteness of our booking, this hotel was more than adequate. Initially, we...

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise and totally worked for our budget especially when staying in Seattle. Not a luxury hotel but better than your average budget chain hotel. Bought the room through Priceline and wasn't treated with that "You're a 2nd rate customer" attitude that some hotels tend to give when you don't book directly with them....

This hotel is very close to all the attractions of downtown Seattle and Seattle Center. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop was the best.
