Blayne and Julie were very welcoming and informative on how to optimize our Seattle visit. Found the Greenlake Guest House to be a hidden jewel right down the street from where my son and daughter-in-law live and being able to have them join us for a wonderful GGH breakfast for $20 was the best deal in town. We also were...

This is a charming, immaculate, wonderful place to stay! We have never slept better - bed is extremely comfortable (we were in the Parkview room). Rooms are decorated beautifully and are so clean and comfortable. Blayne and Julie, the owners, are so kind and helpful and Julie's breakfasts are incredibly delicious! Many free extras (huge selection of DVDs available, cold...

Jill, we are happy to hear you loved our B&B and all the little extras. The room you stayed in, Parkview, was completely updated this spring and we're glad you enjoyed the new decor and furnishings. Glad to hear you enjoyed dining at the many restaurants within walking distance too. We love sharing our beautiful Seattle neighborhood with you and...

We have visited Seattle many times and stayed in many different locations. We have now found one we will return to. The Greenlake Guest House is an ideal stop for us. Quiet, convenient and beautiful location with the most comfortable of beds in our spacious room. Breakfast, made to order, was delicious plus the possibility of tea, coffee and a...

Our stay was even more lovely than our first visit! After busy and fun filled days it was always a joy to come back to our clean and comfortable room. Loved the heated...

Julie has a gift for hospitality--she was accommodating, hospitable, and really paid attention to detail and comfort. The 3 course made-to-order breakfasts were delicious (with gluten-free options). Our room was clean and very comfortable. The house is located just outside a beautiful lake that felt safe for an evening stroll. We would definitely come back again!

We stayed here for one night for our anniversary, and loved it. For starters Julie and Blayne are excellent hosts. They were very warm and friendly and gave us great recommendations for food, as well as cooked us an excellent breakfast and made us feel at home. The amenities are great as well, they have a free mini-bar with water,...

Communication was right on. I booked several months in advance and Julie got right back with me to let me know that the kitchen would be under construction and there would be no breakfast, we were given the option of canceling or receiving a discount. Since I really wanted to be able to walk green lake we decided to stay....

I spent two nights here in February, probably not the best of times to visit but I was visiting my daughter who lived in the vicinity. Very clean, well kept property. Innkeepers were personable and interactive. They responded to my on line requests quickly. The kitchen was being renovated and so I didn't get a chance to enjoy their breakfast....

Julie is a very helpful innkeeper who made our stay in Seattle very relaxing. Our room (PARKVIEW) had a fabulous view and a large jetted tub that we enjoyed daily !! Although the weather was dreary (remember we visited Seattle in February), the house was warm and welcoming'
