I just returned from 6 nights here over the Christmas holiday. My sister also took a room for part of that time. We both had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful and right across the street from the lake, where people are always jogging and walking. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculate. They are equipped with a remote controlled...

I never thought I'd be checking myself into a B&B right down the road from my own house but after experiencing a basement flood in the middle of a night shift stretch, I was booked into The Greenlake Room. The owners Blayne and Julie made me feel like a welcome guest and were very easy to work with. I came...

This 100 year old house and her owner, Julie, were put together to be a bed and breakfast. They are perfect together. The house was spectacular and our room with a private bath on the first floor was large, comfortable and inviting. We stayed four nights and had four different full breakfasts with lots of choices. One morning when we...

Great location, congenial hosts, and an excellent breakfast. We stayed in the Cascade room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Parking was easy, and as an alternative to driving there are nearby buses to take you downtown. If you are looking for a B&B in Seattle, this is the one you want.

Owners Julie and Blayne have done everything to make guests feel welcome including complimentary coffee bar with delicious homemade cookies and happy hour in the afternoon to enjoy with hosts and other guests. Among the best places we have stayed. Julie is a cheery and helpful innkeeper who is genuinely interested in making your stay optimal. The location is ideal and Greenlake park is across the street. A brisk walk in the morning and your day is off to a wonderful start. Julie's breakfasts are superb and you are fortified for your walk.

What a lovely experience I had at Julie and Blaynes beautiful home! These kind and professional owners provided me a delightful bedroom, bed and sleep experience on the most luscious sheets I've ever slept on. Their incredible attention to every single detail made my stay with them incomparable, down to the nightlight in their delightfully-renovated en suite bathroom, the soft...

I travel frequently for work, both domestically and internationally and have stayed at many 4 and 5-star hotels. Somewhat surprisingly perhaps, I had never stayed at a B&B until I was searching through hotel deals for a trip to Seattle and this one popped up on Trip Advisor. Looking at the website and the cost--about what you would pay for...

So my wife and I were looking for a nice place to spend a quiet weekend away from the kiddos. Boy did we hit the jackpot here! The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood overlooking Green Lake. Just hop out of the house and take a stroll around the lake (which we did!). I loved the fact that even...

We just stayed two nights at the Greenlake Guesthouse in Seattle, and it was fantastic! We wish we had more time to sit and relax in one of the best B&B's in the country. The home had a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the rooms were wonderful; the breakfast was delicious! Thank you Blaine and Julie for a great stay in...
