Stayed on the third floor. Very comfortable. Plenty of light and a nice breeze. The entire place was spotless. Everything looked freshly redone. Breakfast was excellent. There was always coffee and snacks available. Internet signal was very strong. Two guest computers and printer worked flawlessly. David was great. The staff was great. We stayed for three nights before our cruise....

This is only my 2nd time staying in a B&B and I was impressed! David was very responsive in answering our questions prior to our trip to Seattle to assist us in planning. He provided us with lots of information and recommendations upon arrival - much appreciated! When we had to leave early one morning, they provided us a nice...

I booked this B&B in Seattle based on its location and reviews and without any prior knowledge of the City. We arrived a day after our flight from Australia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I didn't want to stay in a downtown hotel particularly as they were so expensive. David provided us with plenty of information regarding how to get...

We stayed in the Topaz room, which was spacious and quiet (it was on the 3rd floor). The room was nice and the rest of the house was inviting. Breakfasts were solid and we had some good discussions with other guests. Easy walking distance to lots of good restaurants and about a mile from many of the tourist sections of...

Excellent stay!! If you want to be literally in the heart of the City, this location may not be for you, as its about a 1/2 hour walk to Pike Place or to the Space Needle, or a 15 minute drive. But considering how expensive Seattle is to park (as much as $40 a day), you can walk or take...

We've been there on the two firsts days of our trip and it was a very nice place to take the pulse of this big city. In a very quiet but active neighborhood, and a big old house surrounded by big trees and rhododendrons. The keepers welcome you at the moment you arrive and give you very precise explanations of...

We recently stayed here, and were delighted with the accommadations. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The home was comfortable, with all the little extras anyone could want. Breakfast was wonderful. Close to buses to get you wherever you needed to go, or is within walking distance of downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it !...

My wife said we "hit it out of the park" with our choice of 11th Ave B&B. Stayed in the Amethyst Room - small, but high in character and comfort. David, the owner, welcomed us and made everything easy. He even provided a couple sheets with recommended restaurants, sites, bus routes, and maps. Albert and Tominda are absolutely fabulous cooks,...

Vintage furniture, sweet little rooms, quiet neighborhood, delicious breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights in the 11th B&B and enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the 'receiption'was very friendly and helpful. We had a parking lot behind the house and walked downtown, came back home with the bus. And sitting at a big table with the other guests and...

We stayed at the 11th Avenue B&B in October of 2013 for a week. I just realized I never wrote a review! We stayed in the Diamond Suite. This was an excellent choice compared to a week at a typical hotel. We especially enjoyed being able to cook fresh seafood from the Pike Place Market. The bed was very comfortable...
