Nice and cozy B&B, in an old house just outside downtown Seattle. Quiet position but near to restaurants and services on Broadway E. When we stayed there, the streetcar and the light rail were not in service, but the position was anyway quite good and well serviced by public transports. Good hospitality and good breakfast as well. The room (The...

Lunch with friends while visiting from out of state. One of the best overall meals we have had since coming to Seattle. Fish and truffle fries were oustanding. Lemon rhubarb cheesecake was a 10 out of 10. Best in class!. Highly recommend this local eatery.

We stayed 5 nights in the third floor Garnet room, which had AC and was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. Common rooms were nice and there is a computer and printer available. Close to public transportation and we were able to walk everywhere! Very nice neighborhood with excellent restaurants nearby.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely Inn. The Inn Keepers were very friendly and welcoming. And, the hot breakfasts were yummy - pesto omelet and chocolate & banana crepe - mmmm. The common rooms and our guest room were very clean. A nice treat was the variety of bowls filled with nuts and candy! When we returned from a...

This very attractive b&b in Seattle's Capitol Hill area is easy accessible both on foot and by using the new light rail service to Capitol Hill Station. From SEA-TAC airport the train takes 35/40 mincing is only $3. The Inn is traditionally decorated in a classic style and I had a very light and airy room at the front of...

Great little get away for our staycation. Beautiful home, well appointed with classic furnishings. We stayed in the little bungalow with a small kitchen and had we stayed longer would have taken full advantage of it, it was well stocked with cookware to make a decent meal. The area is great, close to everything. The map the owner provided was...

We booked the Garnet room on the 3rd floor. It was perfect for us (a couple). It was a nice sized room with a queen sized bed and lots of furniture to store our clothes if we wanted to unpack. Thoughts: - Location - easy to walk everywhere - 30 minutes to Pike Place Market, 20 minutes to the space...

Recently stayed 3 nights here and would stay here again. The location is near restaurants and public transportation and walking distance to parts and Pike's Place Market (although I recommend taking public transit back up the hill from there). Breakfasts were delicious and I liked the touch of having nuts and chocolates around the common rooms. There is plenty of...

The glowing reviews about the 11th Avenue Inn are all accurate. Beautiful old house, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, nice immediate neighborhood. But I feel the need to warn future travelers about the surrounding neighborhood. We arrived on a weeknight and used the area map (provided by the owner - and very helpful) to walk to a nearby restaurant. We walked...

We spent a week in the Diamond Suite at the 11th Avenue Inn Bed and Breakfast, and we would return in a heartbeat. The inn, located in the eclectic and hip Capitol Hill neighborhood, is charming, has off-street parking, and is close to both bus and rail transport. You can also walk to many of the top Seattle tourist sites...
