friendly staff, good location. would go back for future travel to seattle. 45$ per day for parking a rental car is quite a rip off but if you want the valet service then you will pay whatever they want for it.

Our party of 3 stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms, to attend a family wedding. The staff was wonderful in their attentiveness, which was better than expected compared with other 5 star hotels. It was an easy walk from hotel to Downtown. The convenience of having a supermarket and a coffee shop (Starbucks) right next door was fantastic. Highly...

My mom and I had a relaxing experience in our one one bedroom suite! She loved the view of the space needle on the 10th floor and spent the early morning watching the view and the construction workers. The room was clean, spacious, and luxurious. That night we wanted a hot drink and coffee in the room was great. (She...

I look forward to staying at the Pan Pacific every time I travel to Seattle... best accomodations for the money that I've found in Seattle. I've stayed at other 5-star deluxe hotels in Seattle, but after I stayed at the Pan Pacific, I'm not interested in staying anywhere else. The hotel offers a free limo service within a 2 mile...

The veneer may be showing its age, and the bed is too soft for my taste, but we had a great experience at this hotel. Downtown but away from the craziness (e.g. Pike). We left the hotel area everyday to visit family in NE Seattle. The hotel is above a Whole Foods, across from the light rail and near the...

We are very close to so many iconic Seattle attractions and businesses (like the delicious Kakao Coffee & Chocolate Café). You mentioned the great transportation options nearby too which definitely makes traversing the...

This was our 2nd stay at Pan Pacific. I LOVE this hotel! They are truly top notch in taking care of guests. From my phone call to make the reservation until we checked out we were made to feel as if we were the top priority. We had a City View double room (facing Denny Way and overlooking the Seattle...

We stayed here 2X on the same trip, at the beginning and then at the end of a weeklong trip to Tokyo. Great service from a very attentive staff. FANTASTIC bathroom with a huge soaking tub. Comfy bed with great linens; good amenities. We didn't request it, but had a room view a view of the Space Needle, where we...

Dear Anne E., We are of course jealous of your trip to Tokyo but very happy you had a great time here with us while in Seattle. Our large soaking tubs sound like the perfect way to get over the jet lag of such a long flight to me. How wonderful that you were in one of our rooms with...

I have travelled to a lot of different states and stayed at some of the best hotel. The service is below average. Rooms are at best average. If you want to over pay for a lousy 2 star hotel in down town Seattle then go for this. The room I checked in to was not clean. I then had to...
