The hotel is so adorable and trendy. Upon checkin Brandon at the front desk made sure that I was aware of all the amenities (yay free happy hour!) and helped me with my room request! He even went so far as to let me know they had bath salts available to maximize the enjoyment

Perfect spot for seeing all the sights in Seattle and 2 mins walk to Pike Place Markets. Less than 15 minutes to most of what you would want to see. Hotel is boutique and quite quirky, in a good way. Good bar and restaurant too!

PaulandRachel1 - Thanks for the review and for highlighting our awesome location! And you are correct, we are a bit quirky and we like to believe we own it and have fun with. Everyone who comes through our doors should be free to be who they are and hopefully just have fun. Sounds like you did just that and hopefully enjoyed a cocktail or two at the bar...! Pete

Excelent stay, close to all the downtown visitors points of interest, close to Pike's place market, close to pier, close to shopping malls. The front desk people were amazing, Julie and Alexa were more than courtious and great, acomodating all our requests and more. The room was

I LOVE staying at Kimpton hotels. Seriously, they are the best at accommodating travelers, even if you pay a little extra for it. We started using Kimpton due to their pet friendly policy, but continue to use them even when we travel without our fur babies. We chose the

K8SAS21 - Thanks for the awesome review! We enjoy jazzing up our wine hour and hopefully you were able to try the vodka or whiskey (both are local to the Pacific Northwest). Bummer that you did not have time to dine at Shaker + Spear, it's an amazing meal and although a much different setting, they do serve the same menu at Pennyroyal. I can name at least 5 dishes with corresponding cocktail pairings that will make you want to come back tomorrow. Don't be a stranger! Pete

Hotel is in a great location - a couple of blocks from the public market. Rooms very small, and paper-thin walls. We heard our neighbors pretty clearly through the walls. $42 dollar valet parking charge and $ 15-day "amenity" charge is a bit much considering the price of the

David E B - Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Apologies that you had some noisy neighbors, feel free to let our Front Desk team know so we can politely ask them to keep it down. I actually agree with you that valet is expensive, unfortunately it's expensive at all the hotels in downtown Seattle due to operating costs. We do offer complimentary in and out privileges which is a bonus most parking garages will not accommodate. I would be interested to hear more of your thoughts on our workout facility as we are likely buying a Peloton but I personally think the room is a good size. Feel free to email me directly at peter.diorio@palladianhotel.com. Thanks, Pete

Hi Kathy5170, Currently, our valet area is on the left side of 2nd Avenue just before Virginia St. It will be moving to Virginia St. sometime next year when the protected bike lane is added to 2nd Avenue. Warm regards, Brice Lynd Front Office Manager

We arrived early. They valeted our car, stored our bags and took our cell number and rang us when the room was ready, which was about an hour before check in. They are very accommodating.
