I don`t generally post reviews since most hotels I stay at (for business, mostly) are in the range of acceptable to good to great, but the Arctic really warrants the extra effort of writing a review. This hotel is so overrated, especially for the prices charged. About the only two nice things about it are the location and its history. The...

Thank you for selecting the Arctic Club Hotel for your recent visit to Seattle! I was disappointed to learn of the poor service you felt you received from our team. A member of our management team will be contacting you as we would like to learn further some of the details surrounding your stay with us. We look forward to...

We happened to arrive the day of the parade! The hotel was a perfect location to view the parade from our room! I called ahead to see if it was a possibility-Perfection! Added bonus both of the windows fully opened to enjoy the experience. I would definitely book again!

This historic hotel is very well kept. The staff is very nice, and the food at the Juno restaurant is really good... I was there totally on Hilton points, and I was treated very well. Good cookies. The rooms are small, as expected in a building of this age, but they are perfectly put together. The street noise did not...

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.Centrally located. We felt very pampered during our stay. Had a delicious dinner in the Juno restaurant and outstanding proper cocktails in the Polar Bar.The room was charming and felt very luxurious. Loved the spa tub, loved the bathroom period!

This is an excellent hotel with first-class service and accommodations with a rich history as well. The front desk staff is friendly and back up their 'make it right' policy to it's guests. The 3rd floor has a beautiful domed ceiling in its meeting/ballroom, a must-see. Our room was well appointed with nice amenities like robes, quality toiletry products and...

This was not my first stay at the Arctic Club Seattle and will not be my last either. The hotel itself is beautiful from the moment you enter the lobby. Decorated in dark woods and luxe carpeting, there's a relaxed elegance to the hotel. All staff from the valet to the bell men to the front desk are helpful and...

Top floor, corner suite, and wow what a view. Decor was charming and staff very professional and friendly. We were only there one night before a cruise departure. I would suggest when going out walking going north for a block or two before turning left to the waterfront.

This was a great hotel and the location in downtown Seattle was very convenient. Valet parking attendants were nice. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were very nice when I arrived and very accommodating. The bar in the lobby was really interesting and happy hour was bouncing!

My family of four (two college-aged children) stayed here for three nights on our recent trip to Seattle. My husband was working at a client, the rest of were there to sight-see. The hotel room (two queen beds) was plenty big enough for four adults to move around in comfortably. I did see into another room while housekeeping was in...

This was our second stay at the Arctic and it proved to be as fabulous as the first. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are comfortable and the bed linens are top notch. The in-room French press coffee is a delight. The restaurant, bars offer wide selections and the food is excellent. The location is convenient to the light rail...
