Charming, friendly, helpful, clean, quaint and just right!!! We were able to walk to all of our destinations, leave our luggage the next morning and just relax with the staff and our accommodations. Great time!

Great location. Though it's in a corner of downtown at the bottom of a hill, it is easy to get to from other parts of the city and beyond. Marcela's Creole Cookery is right next to the parking garage and was a delicious find. Altstadt is a great german restaurant just a few blocks away on first.

Pioneer Square is Historic Seattle at her best. I was going to say "Old" Seattle, but there is a jazzy young vibe at the nearby bars. The hotel has fine woodwork, high ceilings. As a history buff, I love the Klondike National Historic District museum and the classy buildings of prior decades. The toy store is fantastic, and the UtiliKilt...

The location is just a few blocks from the stadiums. There are many restaurant options and tourist options, too. The rooms are comfortable and are reasonably priced. The front desk staff is helpful and the complimentary breakfast is pretty comprehensive.

This was a fun place to stay. Definitely not as busy as the Seattle Center, which was our first choice, but glad we stayed here. A very historic and charming hotel with all the modern room amenities, except a refrigerator. Glad we stayed here!

Lovely old hotel, carefully restored with character. Room temperature perfect, with very quiet heat. Bed very, very comfortable, and no street noise so excellent sleeping. This is my favorite place to stay in Seattle - a moderate walk to Pike's Place etc., easy walk from the Amtrak Station. Eat at Luigi's on 1st/Cherry on next block - excellent Italian food...
