extremely dissappointed with the size of our room compared to the size of the other members in our groups rooms. Although we paid the same price. When we walked in our room we literally laughed it was so small. Our friends came to look and laughed as well. The front desk service was friendly if robotic. He repeated himself 3...

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review regarding your stay at our hotel. We appreciate your comments and observation. When booking our Hotel in the future please feel free to book a Standard room type, not the smaller economy room type you booked on this stay. Our rooms run small. The build was designed during the Edwardian...

The location of the hotel was wonderful to see all of downtown Seattle without having to rent a car. The only suggestion I have to property management is that there should be some type of notification while making reservations that the credit card you wish to pay with must be presented at the time of check-in as they do not...

This hotel was a pleasant first stop for a pair of female senior citizens on a Northwest journey. I chose this hotel because of it's rates and location. The Seattle Art Museum and the fish market are reachable on foot, the King St. Station for Amtrak's Cascade train, city buses, the Pioneer Station or the International Station for the "Link"...

This is my new 'go-to' hotel in downtown Seattle. Excellent historical hotel with extremely spacious rooms; all with beautiful high ceilings and lots of dark wood throughout. The breakfast buffet is very good and the rooms have reasonable rates for downtown Seattle. The Pioneer Square area is the old part of town and even though it's on the edge of...

We stayed here for two reasons: Price and location. We were in town for the weekend to see the annual boat show at Century Link Field. This hotel was less expensive than even the boat show recommended hotels, and it certainly was close to the venue. The hotel has been well preserved, it reminded me of restored hotels in the...

We had to go to Seattle from Montana for my husband to have surgery at Harborview Medical Center. I looked at many hotels in the area and read many reviews. I chose this hotel because I like historical buildings, the location and because it served breakfast. The price was very reasonable!!! Even though it is in an old building -...

Always a great place to stay when visiting Seattle's historic sights. close to the waterfront and right in old town but still easy walks to Pike's market, Library, sports stadiums, and the downtown shops. the hotel has a great character to it and is well maintained. a great alternative to the sterile high rise hotels.

Stayed for 5 nights for first visit to Seattle. Hotel is in an old sort of deserted part of town and there is not much going on in the area. The hotel accomodations were very nice; got a city view room which was fairly spacious with a small sofa. The continental breakfast was very good which included choice of cereals,...

Hotel is old but well maintained. Rooms are large and have a home-like feel to them. Location is great for a walking tour of Seattle. Staff was very helpful and continental breakfast was sufficient and good

If you have read my reviews of the Pioneer Square Hotel before this will seem a lot like a rerun. We came To Seattle, and the Pioneer Square District just to enjoy an afternoon poking around. The Pioneer Square Hotel is the only place to stay if you want to play in this very interesting neighborhood. That includes Seattle sporting...
