The room was big with two beds but very smelly with tobacco. The reception looks nice and the check in service was great. The rooms really need a revamp. We were not able to figure out how to use the shower. The restaurant is good...More
I stayed here with my mom when our flight was cancelled due to weather. I was a little skeptical because it was so much cheaper than any other hotel in Anchorage but my mom had stayed here before and loved it! When I arrived I...More
We stayed in one of the suites at this hotel which consisted of a decent size bedroom, a lounge area, a small table, and a kitchenette. Overall clean and comfortable. However, the bedroom was directly above a restaurant /kitchen so when we opened the window...More

We stayed at the Inlet Hotel last week and were very happy with the experience. The front desk guy (Awais) was extremely nice and helped us book another room at the last minute. The rooms are clean and the restaurant has good food. Would definitely...More

WE left on our cruise from Seward which is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours by car or 4 hours in the train. If travelling by train to your port ,you wont need a taxi as Inlet Towers provide a shuttle bus to the railway station. Might I add that the train trip down to Seward was one of the most spectacular train trips we have every done, Highly recommended.

For the shuttle, once you have arrived at the airport and retrieved your luggage, you will need to notify the front desk at the hotel by calling 907-276-0110. If you do not have a phone, the desk agents at the airport are there to help you. The front desk agent at the hotel will direct you to a baggage claim door, have you exit outside, and cross over a few lanes to the taxi cab island. You will need to stand directly across from the door you designated while on the phone. The shuttle is a white van with red lettering, and reads PubHouse across the windows of the van.
As for booking a room with a view, one side of the hotel faces the mountain range, and the other the inlet, so you really can't go wrong either way. However, rooms are not typically assigned prior to a guests arrival, and therefore the room you get just depends on the hotels occupancy and your time of arrival. But when you are checking in, you may always request a high room facing which ever direction you prefer, and our desk agents are very good at accommodating requests the best they can.
