I stayed here for work, the bar was still open when that late flight gets into Anchorage from south, which was great as they were still serving food at 11pm. The rooms were clean and they were updating them in stages so parts of the room were more modern than others. Valet parking was expensive, $25 a day but that...

This hotel has 2 towers. We stayed in the west tower on the 7th floor. Nice view of Denali and the mountain range. Quiet because we were up so high. Two double beds, so we each took a bed. Would have preferred a king-sized bed. Not sure how old the hotel is, but it appeared dated. Two block walk to...

Pretty standard hotel. We stayed one night before a cruise to Vancouver. Standard rooms, standard bar, standard food, etc. Nothing bad, but nothing outstanding. It is centrally located in Anchorage, which is a plus. The service in the bar was agonizingly slow. I kept wondering what could possibly take so long to prepare two glasses of wine and one scotch...

Convenient location and friendly staff, but rooms were small and poorly equipped (no closet or place to hang a coat), no airport shuttle, noisy location near the railroad. Many other nearby hotels offer more for less.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in June. This is a large hotel consisting of two towers. We were initially allocated a room in the West Tower - the wall paper was peeling off the walls and there was a constant noise all through the night from air conditioning units several floors below and from trains running in...

The check in staff were extremely rude and seemed to care very little about helping out guests. I felt like they did not have time for their guests. Next time I will look at other hotels rather than relying on reputation.

Very tired and disappointing hotel. Expected a good room but given a 'cupboard' on the 11th floor. Asked for a room change but still disappointed. We even offered to pay for a better standard of room but this was the best they could give us. 3.30pm and we're still waiting for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast was slow -...

Spent one night at hotel, room was spotless, beds were comfortable - good location to everything in town. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Was able to move around town easily from the hotel, very well situated to everything.
