The hotel is in a great location to visit Anchorage. Rooms are neat, clean and everything is in good working order. The staff is friendly and courteous. We had access to the Captains Lounge on the 17th floor, with great views of the inlet and mountains. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Enormous hotel with 3 towers. Only problem we found was the wsit gor the lift. Large rooms and great bathrooms. A nice array of restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night.

My wife and I stayed for eight nights at the hotel. The staff is welcoming and very cordial. All accommodations were wonderful especially the Kuerig coffee machine in the room! The hotel was nice and very clean. The front desk attendants were very nice. However I did expect a little more from the room. For the price I have stayed at better. There was a restaurant but a complimentary breakfast was not offered. There are a few nice gift shops with reasonable prices to help with last minute gifts. I...

There are shops and restaurants on ground floor and one at top of tower to that has expensive prices. Ask for tower 3 or 1 to see inlet and to tower 2 to...

Room was clean and quiet; food was excellent; service, excellent, in any of the three restaurants we dined - plus a small coffee shop on the premises had coffee and amenities for an early-morning start. Seating and bed were very comfortable, storage areas plentiful and there was also a tea/coffee maker in-room. Temperature controls accurate and quick to adjust.
