We stayed at the Susitna Place at the front and back end of a guided hiking trip into Denali National Park. Linda made us feel at home, helped us with advice about restaurants and sights, assisted us with our logistics for our trip, and overall just made our trip much more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed,...

We stayed here 3 nights for the Moose's Tooth Marathon in August. Linda the host was wonderful and always had good recommendations for restaurants. We stayed in a room (Foraker) with a private bath which was very nice. The view from the common room was wonderful, overlooking the water to a few different mountain ranges. It was a super easy...

What a wonderful find with a great view of the Cook Inlet and on clear days you can see Mt. McKinley. Very good hospitality. Within walking distances of downtown and the water. Views of the sunset were priceless

We had a warm welcome by Linda , and felt at home immediately. It is a cosy place, beautiful lookout over the water, lovely sitting-room and terrace, pretty room and drinks available in the fridge all the time. Very clean also ! During our tour last june / july we passed several times in Anchorage; we could leave our surplus...

We stayed in this bed and breakfast only one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from their porch of the bay was absolutely spectacular. We even got a good look at Mt. McKinley besides clear vision of 2 mountain ranges to the west. Our hostess basically turned over her home for our use and provided drinks...

My wife and I spent two nights with Linda at Susitna Place. The stay was arranged by Discovery Voyages, a small ship tour company sailing out of Whittier. The accommodations, food, and staff were very fine, and this place may well have the best view of Cook Inlet in the Anchorage area. Linda provided all the information we needed and...

This B&B is in a lovely quiet location with a lovely view across the inlet to the mountains, but it's an easy walk into the centre of Anchorage. Linda made some helpful suggestions about restaurants, supermarkets and museums and breakfast was perfect - lots of choice and a great view. The room itself (we were in the Susitna Suite) was...

This is a very good B&B in a location close to downtown. Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast was also very good. Good fresh fruit, pastry and coffee. Breakfast was not "custom made" like many B&B's, as components were "store bought" as is, but still very good. Owner was helpful on ideas for Anchorage.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home away from home, for three nights while we explored the surrounding areas. It is walking distance to town, and has plenty of parking if you have a car. The rooms are nicely decorated, and very clean, quiet and comfortable. Linda the owner provides a lovely continental breakfast...
