This was the perfect hotel for business travel! I loved every minute of my stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs, bacon, omelettes, potatoes, yogurt station, fruit, muffins, waffles, and more. They had a nightly happy hour where they not only served alcohol but food that was very tasty and could definitely take the place of dinner. The fitness facility was great and no one else was in there the entire week. The rooms were very nice and had everything you could need. Housekeeping was also great and I enjoyed coming back to a clean room and a mad bed everyday. They also let me have an extra late checkout due to some online training I had to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The staff is Fantastic! Elizabeth went above and beyond during my stay and made me feel so at home. This was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at and the price was great. They will be my go if ever in the area again.
Caleb Cherry is an outstanding front desk employee, at Staybridge Suites at 2720 Oak Drive Omaha, NE. He is helpful, friendly and provides excellent customer service. Caleb always has a smile and goes out of his way to assist Staybridge guests.
The immediate previous Staybridge on our long trip was an all-star plus. They can't all be that, but they should achieve what one hopes is an IHG hotel standard. This one is a meager excuse for mid-range hotel. It included daily interaction with what appeared to be a most unhappy, and cranky, breakfast attendant, who appeared to be feeling it was an imposition to the admittedly thankless job. Then there was nothing "sweet" about our suite. To whit: — the kitchen workspace was about as wide as a yardstick. — there were NO spoons, 1 knife, and 2 forks in the cutlery drawer. Four is the standard minimum. Good thing we weren't fixing soup. The front desk replaced what was missing, but didn't anyone check? The replacement spoons were extra-large serving spoons suitable for stirring but not sipping. — there was no chair, and no reading lamp. Some suite! — The one bed was a queen, jammed up against the nightstand, which could not be moved away. One turned to the left during the night at one's risk. — the suite had one of those irritating sliding doors to the bathroom. — loud (REALLY) loud,, pulsating music greets arriving guests. SOME may be groovy young people, but even some of THEM arrive tired and in no mood for unpacking to the sound of a bad boy band. There WAS one positive. The night clerk was a sweetheart. Hopefully she's far enough from the door not to hear the music thump-thump-thump into the night. This was a poorly managed property.…
Great maintenance. Clean rooms. Amazing staff. Must be the most enthusiastic front desk staff ✌. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Would stay again, views were nice too and food nearby so nothing for me to complain about!
