Detailed Reviews
The front personnel is a hit or miss, we have been here twice once in July and in September. July the front staff was great an older gentleman but in September don't think the front person cared. I asked about housekeeping and she said every other day but we did not get that, I had to ask again. The pillows are horrible you need 3 to make one, very flat. The rooms are good size. Easy parking in the back. Went down to ask for a blanket during our September visit but no one was at the front desk for about 30 mins, turns out the front personnel was deliverying some towels to another room in the hotel. It's a very good location but it's a hit or miss. Clean but they could be better, our September visit the bathroom trash was not emptied upon arrival.

Came here for one night while in town. Titanium be fits was a $10 voucher for food. Room adequate. No upgrade given. Fitness center had no working tv or wipes. Breakfast was more grab and go food. This is more
Typical for a Courtyard. Starbucks is only 2 minutes away so no worries.

We enjoyed an evening stay here and will come back due to its comfortable rooms and great location. Can’t beat the price or service here. Nice size rooms and clean. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom is spacious as well. It’s so convenient for its location to great bars and restaurants

+1
I realize that businesses are slowly reopening, but cleaning hotel rooms, and keeping up with maintenance should not be neglected.
The bathroom was FULL of hair, everywhere. We wanted tub, because my wife prefers baths. We were never told that the only rooms with a tub are handicap-accessible rooms.
The handicap bench makes using the tub pretty much impossible, as the bottom hinges of the bench protrude into the tub area.
The tub, itself, is VERY slippery when wet. Probably not the best for a handicapped room.
The drain plug did not keep water from draining (perhaps from more hair?) While showering, and with the drain open, the water still collected in the tub.
The rest of the room was acceptable, but the appearance made it seem as though it was on the tail end of some repairs. Those should be 100% completed before using the room.
The handle, and front of the bedside table was disgustingly sticky.
There are absolutely no USB ports in the room.
The TV, "guide", never, ever worked.
There are several security issues around the hotel, mainly broken doors.

Staff tried to double-charge me for the entire stay at check-in; thankfully my bank blocked the second charge. I requested that my room be serviced on the third day of my stay and was initially told “no problem”. Five hours later, I called the front desk about my room only for the staff to behave unprofessionally and dismissive. After speaking to a manager, the head of housekeeping came to my room to explain that they only clean and service the room after three days (even if there is a request). I can’t recommend this hotel based on my staff interactions.

The location in relation to getting to where I needed to be was good. However, being a visitor I didn't know anything about the specific location and an outdoor concert across the street kept me up, I suppose that's not the hotel's fault. However I discovered in the morning that the AC unit in my room was disgustingly dirty, probably won't return on my way back through.

Modern hotel in a business precinct in Omaha. Lots of free parking on site. Check in was efficient. Room was clean, spacious with all the amenities. Good shower and comfortable bed. There is a gym and indoor pool. Breakfast is available. There are several bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Good spot for a short stay.

We stayed here for a family event in December. Seams fairly new and very clean. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of room. Has a nice little food counter/bar. The lobby is very warm with a lot of space. Staff was excellent and very kind. We highly recommend this property!

Worn, tattered and lacked a good cleaning. Dated air conditioner that was too loud and inefficient. Good location. No issues with the service. I don’t understand the positive reviews since there are so many other options in the area. I don’t know why the brand is so inconsistent.

Well 1 star is one too many for this hotel. If you value your privacy i would highly suggest NOT staying at this Courtyard! Long story short we stayed at this hotel for a wedding, checked in went to the wedding returned to our room, our key didn't work, odd. Went to the lobby new key in hand entered our room, looked a little odd but we were tired. Climbed into bed only to be greeted with a " messy" bed!! We jumped out of bed and sat on the couch for a bit in total dismay! When morning came we gathered our belongings and headed home. Now the real disappointing part... called the hotel to complain got the total run around, "we gave you AAA rate blah blah!” which I called and got days before and around we went. Numerous phone conversations ending in “we will get back to you!” HA! They blamed this on us like it had nothing to do with the fact they gave a couple our room keys without identification!
And after hearing the whole disgusting story, the one thing the manager was the most concerned about.... the fact that they charged my brother-in-laws room to my daughters credit card, and we wanted that refunded along with some explanation on how strangers were allowed in our room, and all the manger wanted to know was how he was going to get my bother-in-law to pay for his room! Seriously not my problem!
Finally after a month of unreturned phone we again contacted corporate and another 30 mins on the phone retelling the story they refunded our room adding that they will no longer accept reservations from us! Think about this; at that hotel if someone knows your name they can have your room key! Scary thought!
