The Marriott staff was so incredibly nice. My friend was celebrating her 21st birthday and Lily at the front desk sent up a surprise for her that made her feel so special!! We love Lily! Additionally, Reese at the front desk was so incredibly helpful with printing us some documents and our back to back reservation. Their boss is a jokester too. Loved my stay!

Stopped at Gilberts and used the valet service provided by the hotel. Ryan was very respectful and diligent in his services and I would recommend this option to anyone when coming to downtown Omaha on busy nights. Will definitely use again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The people were so friendly, especially Reese at the front desk. He provided an outline of all of the amenities of the hotel and provided recommendations on places to visit in the city. I will be back.

Michael at the bar/restaurant is great! He made our experience so fun and took great care of us. We will definitely be coming back. He also was helpful with giving recommendations on the food. Be sure to try the Brussel Sprouts.

The hotel was very nice, clean and inviting. The staff was an amazing especially Reese who was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions as to where to go downtown. Great place to stay and great staff.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gillian in the concierge lounge is very friendly and engaging. Natasha’s Guinness bread for St. Patrick’s Day was amazing. I might come back next year just for the bread. On-site Starbucks and the steak house are both very handy. The gym is big and pretty well equipped. Front desk staff was accommodating and always helpful. The front desk moved my room from being next to the elevator to a nice corner room with floor to ceiling windows. I didn’t even have to ask, it was changed for me at checkin.

I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and have to say that Miss Gillian in the concierge lounge has to be one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She worked that room and made everyone feel extra special. Sometimes it’s not always fun to stay at a hotel for work, but she made it feel like home. Kuddos to her and the rest of the staff.

.....that and the purple pucker at the Dugout. Joking aside, this is my 3rd stay here and never disappointed. Hotel is conveniently located downtown and within walking distance to the market district and several good eats. The entire staff is always so pleasant and goes above and beyond. Shout outs to Shane, Marcus, and Reese....wish i had more names...

Denita and Gillian and the rest of the staff were awesome. The level of professionalism is tops in the hotel industry. I think Marriott does a great job selecting all their staff. The properties are always solid and clean. Restaurants usually very good.
