Old Market is a short distance from Cambria as is Creighton University. The hotel decor is contemporary and somewhat stark; tasteful and updated. Hardwood floors with no carpet or rugs made it conducive to a clean room...and it was both clean and well-maintained. No breakfast and limited "to go" items (they were waiting for a shipment per the front desk personnel.) We stayed in a spacious, reasonably priced king suite which had a large, separate bedroom and a large separate sitting room.

We had to ask for toilet paper, additional towels, pillows and pillow cases for the pillows. We had a difficulty at check in. Hotel is located in an area of decent bars and restaurants. The bathrooms have sliding doors that don’t seal to give complete privacy.

I tried to contact the hotel before writing this review, but I have not heard back from them.
We arrived about 3:30pm on 7/25/20 and it took over 30 minutes to check in with 2 desk clerks and only 5 or 6 people in front of us. We were given keys to an occupied room, so we went back to the front desk. After asking my last name twice and what seemed like way too much time, the front desk "manager" gave us keys to a new room. Fifty two minutes after entering the hotel lobby, we were finally in our room. I went to wash my hands and found we had no towels, so my husband called the front desk. Towels were "in the dryer" they would be delivered when they were done. That meant no shower before going our for supper. We returned to the hotel at 8:30pm and my husband asked the front desk if towels had been delivered to our room. He was told "the system shows they have been, but here are some just in case." When we got to our room, no towels had been delivered, so my husband called the front desk again. His intention was to let the front desk know their system was not accurate, if more customers were waiting on towels, but before explaining himself, he was told they would bring up towels. Instead of just bring up more towels, the front desk lady called and told me that towels, including washcloths, had been given to a man in my room. I said yes, towels have been given to my husband and then with attitude, she proceeded to ask me, "so what do you want?" I said I want you to know that I am not happy. I was given keys to an occupied room and I had no towels in my room upon check in and the towels I was told would be delivered were never delivered, so we had to pick them up at the front desk. She apologized and blamed Covid. She told me she would talk to her manager and see if there was anything he could do for me. The manager never called me.
For the record, the front desk gave us two hand towels, two bath towels and a bath mat and NO washcloths for a double queen room. I have never not hat towels checking into a hotel room before.
Other than the poor customer service, the hotel lobby and rooms were nice.

My family stayed at the Cambria hotel in January reserving two rooms for a one night stay. The hotel charges for parking and overcharges for breakfast. The breakfast costs $16 per person of which the hotel gives you a $10 voucher per room. Aside from the fact that the breakfast is nowhere near a $10 value, the hotel would not even let us use the voucher from one of our rooms because we charged our family's breakfast to a single room. A followup phone call to the hotel resulted in the "gotcha" explanation that nothing can be done now, since we didn't charge our breakfast to two separate rooms at the time of the stay. I think this incident clearly illustrates the hotel's attitude toward guests.

I assure you that we care about all of our guests and have an excellent selection of breakfast items to order that are accordingly valued. We do offer a couple of breakfast items that are $16.00, but we also have less expensive options which our guests tend to really enjoy while they are here. Choice Privilege members do receive a $10 credit for food and beverage and it is greatly appreciated by most guests. I would love to talk to you more about your recent visit. Breakfast is only available Wednesday - Sunday. I understand this must be some sort of cost saving measure with lower occupancy on those days, but the hotel is still open 7 days a week. During the pandemic, hotels are offering some very minimal breakfasts "to-go", which is still better than nothing offered at all.
Also, my room had a funky layout with the headboard in the middle of the room between the bed and the desk instead of against the wall. I was never able to figure out how to turn off the full length headboard light as the switches near the door had no effect. I was able to use excess pillows to cover this light, but it certainly wasn't clear to me or the front desk person how to turn it off.
Otherwise... great hotel, have stayed there three times this year!

My favorite feature was the use of barn door style sliding doors to the bathroom. Not having a swinging door creates quite a bit of extra space. The wall mural is nice, as is the LED lit areas under and around the beds.

We had a wonderful stay. I loved the modern decor, which was unique to any hotel I've stayed in. I liked that there was no carpet, which means the room is cleaner. The bathroom was such a treat with the nice tub, shower head, and blue tooth mirror. I also liked the refillable toiletries in the shower -- not wasting so many small bottles.
The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved the view at night.
The pool was cold and there was no hot tub. But overall we would stay here again!

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights. I parked my car outside of the building in their parking lot. We didn’t leave our room the second day and on the third day when we got out my car’s windshield got cracked. When I talked to the staff, all I got was I have to contact a nearby company to have them pull the security footage to see if their cameras caught it on tape by chance since they don’t have any cameras around the hotel property. The hotel should be the one contacting them since my car was damaged in their property and they expected us to not only deal with the stress of getting our windshield cracked also do all the leg work for them and hoping that we are lucky enough to get the tape from a huge corporation?

My daughter and I stayed last weekend. Beautiful new building. Staff was efficient but impersonal. Used the lobby restroom when we arrived; no toilet paper. Got to our room, only 2 towels. Asked for 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths & a bathmat got 2 hand towels, 1 wash cloth and no bathmat. Soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower, almost empty. Took lots of pumps to get anything out. Went to the pool with another family, asked for 4 pool towels, got 3. Only 2 coffee cups in the room, no maid service while we were there said it was because of covid.

In order to provide the safest environment for our guests and protect staff members, we had to make changes in our housekeeping department. Now that restrictions are being lifted and people are getting vaccinated, soon things will return to normal. In the meantime, our front desk staff and housekeepers are always able to provide you with any of your needs upon request. We would love to see you again. Yes, there is an airport shuttle. I am not sure of the hours but you can call the hotel and they will provide the hours.
the hotel is right next to TD Ameritrade. It is a great stay, super clean & the staff are incredibly welcoming!
Unfortunately we do not have Jacuzzis in our rooms. Nor do we have a hot tub at the hotel. We do offer an indoor heated pool.
