The room was spacious and clean. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The area seems very nice and safe. We were able to walk to restaurants from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

We were able to get a room on an upper floor which is much quieter after a 700 mile drive.
Even though many places allowed partial capacity, this area is always busy.
The hotel was very conscientious about sanitizing front desk, coffee area, and
lobby seating. They also have several tables in a fenced area around the perimeter of the hotel. It was nice to sit out in the evening.
We always enjoy the Aksarben area with many restaurants, shops and a park.
We'll be going back for our next visit.

A newer HGI with a lovely interior. We had a 2 room suite with a very large sitting area including a full fridge and kitchen sink. Oddly however there was no full length mirror anywhere in the bedroom, sitting area or kitchen area. Pretty bizarre for a higher end room for sure. But otherwise everything was good and the staff was very friendly. There is a large attached garage so self-parking was no issue.
We liked the location - there are numerous (more than 10 I think) different types of dining options within 1-2 blocks.

This hotel is in a super cool, trendy area with lots of stuff to do within walking distance…walking paths, shopping, restaurants. Parking wasn’t an issue, and I was able to park in the garage close to the hotel entrance. The room was definitely not as clean as I had hoped. I feel like carpets not being vacuumed has been a trend I’ve noticed in recent stays. I know housekeeping is short staffed, but I can’t understand why this isn’t a priority when cleaning rooms. There was food all over the floor, and it looked like someone had recently spilled food on the carpet below the microwave and also by the desk. Like, giant dark stains of maybe pasta sauce (I’m just going to tell myself that’s what it was!). I was in a room that connected to the room next door, and I’m not sure if that is why, but it was SO loud. I heard his entire business conversation as if I was sitting in the same room. The room was super bright, which I really appreciated! I think I would give this hotel another try when I’m in the area next, and will hope that the cleanliness is a bit better!

This property's best feature is its location - directly in the middle of a business/dining/entertainment district. You are a few paces away from 10+ dining options.
There is a parking garage onsite that was allegedly free, but I did not have a car this trip. Always a perk to have a covered parking option. The restaurant/bar was open, however I never dined onsite, as the other options in the area offered more attractive menus, in my opinion.
The room was pretty standard for the Hilton Garden Inn brand. While clean, I did feel some details were missing - particularly in the bathroom (lots of little splatters on walls, grimy hair dryer, etc). While little details, they did add up, which resulted in me dropping a star.
The front desk staff was friendly. Paige was very helpful.
Overall, I would stay here again.

My son and I had separate rooms, he on the 5th floor and me on the 4th.
Because of the pandemic, the hotel occupancy rate was low. HOWEVER, there was a group of people, noisy/loud/running between rooms on the 5th floor. I finally called the front desk on my first night there, after midnight, and asked them to intervene. Two mornings later, my son, asked the guests themselves, to stop running between rooms and banging on doors.
Because the hotel was so sparsely populated, why weren’t our rooms on a different level, different end, of the hotel than the traveling group (softball team)?
Although the front door notice required guests to wear masks, and we were pleased to comply and see the Hilton requirement; the housekeeping staff was not wearing face masks. They didn’t wear them in the hallways, they didn’t wear them in elevators. Management needs to intervene and supervise. The housekeepers could see us wearing masks, but made no move to do likewise.
This hotel is in a good location, but needs some oversight. I’m a Hilton Honors Gold Member.

Great hotel in the Askarben Village area within walking distance to lots of great restaurants. There’s also a park and walking trail across the road which is super convenient if you’re traveling with dogs
I appreciated the fast check in and professional customer service provided by Elvis. The hotel lobby are was bright, clean and airy and featured a business center, pantry to purchase sundries and a restaurant. The free garage parking was a huge plus as many downtown charge for valet.
I was traveling with my two dogs and appreciate that Hilton allows pets. Thank you! I would have liked the pet fee to be a little lower as it’s higher than many.
The room was clean, except for the red Kelly bean on the carpet by the bed, and included a mini fridge, tv and free WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the class enclosed shower was wonderful. I’m not a huge fan of the rain type showers as there never is enough pressure, but it was strong enough to wash and rinse my hair. The plastic glasses were disappointing and didn’t seem to reflect the Hilton brand.
If I’m ever in town again I would definitely stay at this Hilton hotel and I’d highly recommend it.

I stayed in this hotel on a mini vacation with my family. I called in advance to get a confirmation on my stay and I spoke with a gentleman named "Ben" his attitude was not what you expect in hotel standards. he was rude and dismissive, the next day when we checked in Mr "Bens" wrath continued More attitude, snatching my Credit Card not telling what I'm being charged for. We brush it off, and head to our room and not even 5 minutes into our stay we get a call from the front desk that there's a Noise complaint, and advising us to keep our children seated. We are shocked by the suggestion. We go downstairs for a few hrs to enjoy the pool, and when we get back to the room and we are met with more of "Mr Bens" Wrath over the phone and I quote "You have been ignoring our calls, and if the noise complaint continues we will call security!" we tell Mr Ben "we have been downstairs at the pool we have no idea what your on about??" We ask Mr Ben Isn't this suppose to be a kid friendly Hotel?? y r u so hostile?" and he responds and I quote "Frankly Sir I don't give a !*#$" I immediately call Hilton customer service, and start my formal complaint on this hotel. on my vacation with family mind u. Mr Ben has no business working in customer service. He's clearly unstable and unfit to work in the Service industry the guy is a walking nightmare, and from the reviews I've read from this hotel this is not the first time Mr Ben at the front desk has behaved this way. Shame on hotel management, for keeping someone like that at the front desk. This hotel is not worthy of the Hilton Name. Never again.

Arrival was good, using the Hilton app, but had to get extra key for my wife, and pick up breakfast tickets, so a little less contact-less than advertised. Housekeeping was on-call, but there were only enough amenities for one night- Keurig pods, towels, shampoo, etc. Room was clean, no writing pad or pens, and hotel guide in room, but that may be by cleanliness rules? Bed was average comfort. Breakfast was average, but waitress was very courteous. Did notice the staff sanitized the cart when we brought it back from loading the car. Very sporadic mask wearing, and no CDC standards posted. Highest risk was elevator where many people entered with no mask. With omicron rampant in Omaha, thought there woul be more attention to locations where 6 foot spacing was not possible.

Fantastic area w lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Never had issues w parking in the area and hotel garage parking had lots of space and was convenient. We stayed at this location w several other families and the check in process seemed inconsistent amongst us all. My party received complementary water bottles for our family of four but was told we were only allowed complimentary brkfst 1 day of our 3 day stay, and given a voucher saying so. Other families received no water bottles, but were told brkfst was available daily, receiving no voucher. Wasn’t an issue for any of us in the end as our schedules didn’t allow for brkfst anyway. We left before it opened at 7am on the weekends. Just odd that it was inconsistent across the group. Housekeeping is by request. I requested twice, only received once. Had to request clean towels daily. Overall, No major issues. But, these days, nothing can be assumed about your stay, you have to inquire/request everything. I would stay here again.
