Detailed Reviews
I was expecting more, so the place came recommended from a friend. At check in (8:00 p.m.) no one was at the front desk waited for 10 minutes, so I ended up calling the front desk ( more help needed?). After getting to the room I was expecting/hoping for a larger room than it was, but it was fine. Very clean, and comfortable space. One of the first things I usually check out is the bathroom, again very nice. Word of caution thou, the floor in the shower can get very very slippery from the soap dispenser. I slipped when I was getting in, had to wash the shower stall floor so I wouldn’t fall. The kitchen seemed liked it had everything you would need, pots, pans, utensils etc… The breakfast was very nice (eggs, sausage, bagels, fresh fruit etc…)
Overall it was Okay, I had higher expectations so that’s why I gave it an average. Definitely would stay again.

+1
We stayed here for one night. This hotel is centrally located with shops and stores near by.
The positives about this place are: easy check in and out process. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a breakfast bag due to COVID. It included fruits, yogurt and a granola bar. The kitchenette was of great use with pots and all you need to cook a meal.
The cons about this place are: parking is not free. You must pay $10 and it’s a bit of a walk plus two elevators. The room was ok, but not clean enough for this pandemic situation. They seriously need to upgrade the carpets because they have a bad smell and look old. Also we could hear the dog-barking in the adjacent room. I think you should have people with pets in a different floor than those without pets.

Sixth floor north-facing room for one night. I found myself delayed in Omaha because of car trouble. Made a last minute reservation online and showed up minutes after making the reservation and Samantha made me feel welcome and found me a room that was ready and I even got an upgrade. I was told the rooms in this hotel are undergoing renovations and that about 80% of them are structured for long-term stays with full kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed though linens seemed a little worn. Room was clean and had all the amenities one might need. TV easily swivels between couch and bed viewing which was nice. Good location in a midtown area. On-site covered parking for a fee. Highly recommend.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. One would think that with the Element brand and Marriott ownership they would care enough that it wouldn't be like this. The smell when you walk in is so bad you're convinced there's a wet dog convention meeting here. Just when you think it can't get worse you step into the elevator. The smell in there is of vomit. The "mattress" on the pull out couch is so bad my kids opted to sleep on the floor. The one in the bedroom wasn't much better. When I called the front desk to ask why the pullout bed had no sheets or linens and pillows of any kind, I was told to come down and get it so I could make it myself. When I asked why the room hadn't been cleaned after 2 days I was told you had to request cleaning. I had to go down and get towels and take my used ones down. When I asked to have the room cleaned they didn't even sweep the floor. The towels were still all over so I complained and was told I only asked for cleaning not towel replacement. The free breakfast is microwaved trash. Surprisingly the coffee wasn't horrible... Anyway.. never again and I would advise to avoid.

Welcome to one of the worst places in the Marriott- Bonvoy brand. For almost $200 per night (senior rate), at a minimum, I expect a quiet room. Instead, I got street noise all night long because their HVAC doesn't work properly and they put in a cheap window air conditioner instead of fixing their central system! Not only is it noisy, but it let's in the street noise and stink. Air drafts into the building even when it's not running.
Enhancing our experience was as I walked in their night desk guy walking in and spitting on the sidewalk just in front of the entrance.
I picked this place so we could charge our EV during our stay. There is signage which states "Charging limited to 4 hours". There are only 2 charging stations, both were occupied all night long. They need to put a 4 hour timer switch on the charging station power supplies, or add more charging stations.
We've stayed at other Element Hotels and had good experiences. This just isn't one of them. Given that we couldn't even charge or get a good night's sleep, we'd be better to stay at a different Marriott-Bonvoy hotel even if it didn't have any charging stations. At least we would have gotten a decent night's sleep.

We regret to hear of your experience. We often get concerns of the traffic noise and definitely due apologize as our intentions are never to place a guest in a room that does not adhere to their needs of comfort. We will be sure to provide additional training to our front desk staff to mitigate these situation's from occurring in the future by communicating rooms in which they are located. In regard to the parking garage, we will pass this along to the owners for review. Whenever you may return to the area, please let us know as we would like the opportunity to provide an exceptional stay!

We have stayed at Element in Omaha before quite a long time ago. We stayed last weekend and it took a ten minute hold on the phone before we could make a reservation. When we did get to speak to someone the handicapped room was the only king bed left so we took it. I know that these are ‘the days of covid’ but cleanliness is always important and should be even more so now. We had a dirty bath rug and there was either paint or toothpaste on the bathroom vanity. I just feel like the hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed. Also, I’m not sure if they are not cleaning or replenishing your room during your stay or not, but no one came and did anything to our room. Just felt like a lack of service from the beginning to the end. We were helping move some family to the area and this was very close so that’s why we chose it. We were too tired to go somewhere else. Probably won’t stay again.

This hotel was amazing the full breakfast every morning was delicious, coffee tea and flavored water along with fresh fruit was available all day in the front lobby. The wine and beer happy hour every night was great! We can't say enough about the shuttle driver Amy she is an angel! She took us anywhere we wanted to go within 5 miles of the hotel which just about covers all the attractions in Omaha and she was a wealth of info about the city she made our trip!! The room had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking with access to a grocery store next to the hotel with everything you would need. Plus a little store in the lobby for snacks and drinks.

We stayed here for one night last weekend. The room was very nice. It had a full kitchen and a separate living room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head was great. Unfortunately, the AC was broken, so we had no way to control the temperature of the room. They did offer to change rooms, but at that point we didn’t want to move. We chose this hotel for two reasons: 1) the Tesla charger and 2) the bikes to use to check out Omaha. The Tesla charger worked great, so we were very happy with that! However, there were no bikes available. We got mixed messages and we are unsure if the bikes were in the shop or if they removed them because of COVID, but it was disappointing and we were kinda stuck because we were planning on using them. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

We rolled into town pretty late on a Sunday night but the desk clerk was friendly and helpful and got us a nice room and did not overcharge us for our two dogs. We were towing a trailer and were given access to a pretty spacious parking garage to put it away for the night. The hotel was within easy walking distance of several restaurants, and a nice park in which to walk our dogs. The room was clean and well appointed. Comfy beds and fairly dark curtains. Breakfast was solid. However it was advertised to be open until 10 and my wife wanted to grab something on our way out at 945 and it was all packed up. The clerk we checked out with was not very pleasant, but that was our only complaint.

We stayed for 4 Days and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was tasty and anything we needed Joe at the front desk was GREAT. He showed us the best places to eat (All within walking distance) and was more than helpful with anything we needed. The location was really nice, it was only 10 minutes from the zoo and close enough to the interstate it was easy to get around town.

Yes but I don’t know how much.
I assume the airport. I don’t know about a mall. I expect that it would take you to Old Market.
No, I haven't seen a piano there. There might be at one of the restaurants nearby.
Hi, there is a mini shop behind reception that you can buy drinks at high street prices, although with in 200yards there are at least 6-8 great bars and restaurants, hope it helps
