Such a beautiful hotel! The staff greeted us with a friendly smile; they were prompt with check in as well as check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and big bonus - in the evenings from 5:30 to 7:30, they serve what they call a lite supper. They have several entrees to choose from - just excellent with a full drink bar of sodas and coffee. This location is perfect; across the street from the hospitals (they offer a discount for hospital patients who are there for a procedure), close to the mall, and practically every type of food you could want is available near by. And again, ALL of their staff is so friendly, warm, and accommodating. This was my second stay here, and my favorite!

I can't think of another reason to stay at this hotel.
If you are concerned about Covid 19 and cleanliness this is not the place for you. Or if you must stay here due to its proximity to your needs - bring cleaning supplies and disinfecting wipes. I am very glad I did. The front desk staff does not wear masks, but the housekeeping did. most of the guests I encountered were also not wearing masks and not practicing social distancing.
I was traveling with cats, so i felt as if I couldn't be too choosy. I listed my home and needed to be away. They were well behaved and we left the room cleaner than we found it. I was grateful to be able to vacate early and not have to stay another night.
The dishes in my room had caked food on them, there was trash from the last guest, the carpets were stained and frayed. There were obvious handprints on the closet & bathroom doors. The couch lacked support. I wanted to just suspend in the air while I was there, it was not a relaxing experience. It was also very loud whenever anyone speaks in the highway and doors close very loudly.
I will say it is clear they are not doing anything above and beyond to protect their guests from the pandemic beyond closing amenities.

I'm sorry that Housekeeping missed the chance to completely deal with the room. The situation you described is certainly not ideal. Your thoughts have been shared with the Housekeeping team and this will be addressed rightly. We are currently improving the way we do things. We will provide our hotels with best practices and guidelines that have been supplemented with additional COVID-19 cleanliness specific guidance, training, and information, including advice on cleaning products and protocols which help limit the spread of the virus. If you’re gonna charge $200 plus for a studio .. then you had damn well offer all the amenities. Room and hotel was better than average in a convenient location. But it gripes my ass that what used to be a tremendous breakfast buffet is still STILL hard stale prepackaged sandwiches that tasted like it had sit in the warmer for about 3 days .. English muffin was rock hard yet mushy on the inside .. rubber egg and white meat if some kind .. maybe turkey also a couple packs of oatmeal and ravaged muffin pile. The zoned out employee “in charge” couldn’t even answer the simple question “do you have any catsup? She be like .. “uh .. don’t know” .. classy! If you’re gonna charge pre pandemic prices then get back to offering the same amenities.. maybe even better to encourage folks to travel. Very disappointing.

We stayed here previously and where happy. Unfortunately, we wont be returning after this stay. Our room was gross. Crumbs on the kitchen counter, food stuck to the cooktop. Couch and desk chair so dirty that we put sheets down before sitting on them. The shades have stuff splattered on them. Obvious they just swept/mopped the middle of tile flooring. Hair, crumbs, and hair holder along the edge of the bathrooms. They are supposed to be doing extra cleaning for COVID-19-yea right. I brought Clorox wipes and wiped everything down that we could and tried not to touch as much as possible. Didnt say anything to the staff as I didnt want them coming in when I already wiped it down.

Let’s see….the signs in the lobby saying park at your own risk is a red flag that this is not a safe area and cars have been broken into…. They charge an extra $50 for “incidentals” that hopefully I get back, and that was not disclosed when I reserved the room on the staybridge website….. when I complained I was told if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere. We had to ask for pool towels because there were none in the pool area….. had to call down for sofa bed bedding because there was none in the room… sofa bed is uncomfortable and the head of it caved in while my kid was on it, which would be extremely dangerous had a toddler been sleeping on it. None of these things in and of themselves is a big deal, but come on! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll stay elsewhere. Frankly, I’m irritated enough that I’m reviewing this hotel before I’ve even left and I’ve never done that before.

This is an older, somewhat dark hotel but a clean and spacious one with good (but not luxurious) beds and pillows, good showers, a big and cold refrigerator that works, an icemaker that works (slowly and sometimes), and better and more plentiful breakfasts than the usual boot-camp IHG variety.
Except for one grouch, the staff, including a manager who was observed doing or helping with about everything including kitchen duty, was capable and accommodating, but not effervescent.
So what keeps it from being VERY good?
The internet, at least in our part of the building, was slower than carrier pigeons.
And the hotel is pulling a fast one on its guests. We (and others) arrived to see a large placard with good news. Like some other IHG hotels that have resumed their welcomed evening "socials," this one put out the placard with a couple of friends laughing and enjoying a beer and a glass of wine and some decent finger food — cheese and bagels. We looked forward to that, though we knew that with COVID, there wouldn't be much "socializing" with other guests.
So what did the spread turn out to be:
— no beer, no wine because the hotel has no liquor license. We were directed to the morning coke/oj machine if we wanted anything to drink
— and food that turned out to be two or three stacks of plastic containers, 6 inches by 6 inches and maybe 3 inches deep offering about 15 Greek olives, six or seven carrot sticks, about the same number of stale chips of unknown variety, and a dip that would serve better as glueing paste.
— it was better than nothing, the attendant told us, but that's not true when one was enticed by the cheerful poster
It's overreach to call this false advertising, since these small containers of crunchables were free, after all. But to invite guests to evening "socials" of containers worse than boxed lunches is a false promise, at least.
The hotel is centrally located, though I-80 is not far.
I wouldn't change plans to stay here, and I'd keep the reservation and come ahead. It's good overall, if you're into carrot sticks.

For the price we were expecting a lot more from this hotel. The walls were terribly dirty and the couch in the room had stains all over it. I was afraid to let my children sit on anything or touch anything. We purchased blankets from a store after we got there to sleep with because when I pulled the comforter back there was a long hair on the sheets that was not ours. The dust ruffle on the bed also had stains all down the side. I was completely grossed out by this place. In addition our family that we were traveling with had their vehicles broken into in the hotel parking lot !!!!

I'm somewhat confused by all the positive reviews I've read about this hotel. Thus far, the hotel staff has not really been friendly, the couch has been stained, the room sounds like there are elephants running back and forth on our floor and the floor above all night, also with what they provide you can't eat carry out in this room let alone cook in it. If you're genuinely staying here for an extended stay...don't. If you're staying here to try and relax...don't. The only thing they are getting right is their mask policy. Not one person or guest has been without it. I applaud and thank them for that.

We stayed in this hotel for 15 nights, which is located in Omaha, Nebraska. The hotel is a solid 4 Stars. The location is good and the parking lot is well lit. The hotel lobby is beautiful with an inviting large fireplace. The complimentary breakfast buffet is quite good, with hot entrees (Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits & Gravy, yogurt, cereal, etc.). The coffee area is open 24 hours a day. Rooms are good sized with Kitchenette ( Large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as a stove top). Bathtub very appreciated :). I would like to acknowledge the following staff: ERIC/Lisa/Linelle /Mustapha. Mustapha ESPECIALLY stood out as an outstanding example of great customer service. Reasons for my 4 Star Rating: Bed not very comfortable, indoor swimming pool with strong chlorine odor ( & No Hot Tub), poor sound insulation (conversations in adjacent rooms pretty audible). IHG Preferred status not acknowledged. OVERALL, a great stay!

Decent location, a bit far from downtown but it was graduation weekend so we didn’t have a choice. Walkable to Hyvee and a bunch of restaurants. Our room was clean and adequate. Had a pull out couch, which was about as expected, kitchen was nice as well as the actual bed. Pool was nothing fancy but was indoors and clean. Staff was friendly, although I did wait on the lobby for about 10 minutes waiting for Another pillow, nobody ever showed up so I just dealt with it, also no breakfast till 730 on Sunday so I couldn’t get anything but coffee, breakfast wasn’t super great but I think they were limited by pandemic precautions so not much they could do, overall good value for money and easy to get to creighton, old market or I guess uno if you wanted to go there for some crazy reason

We are an extended stay hotel so we do not have a bar in the hotel but we do serve a light dinner Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 PM. We serve complimentary wine and beer during this "Social." Please have your ID ready if you would like to enjoy the complimentary drinks.
