The Best Western Plus is a great hotel for families, close to the Zoo and Children's Museum with out the downtown pricing. Their indoor pool is great for the younger aged kids. Breakfast was good with lots of items to select from.

I read a few reviews talking about this place was clean, good location, etc. Then I read the one about how the staff was horrible. I decided that since I don't really interact with the staff much that cleanliness, price, and location was on the top of my list (like always) Well it just so happens that we were greeted by the friendliest of staff at the front desk. The lobby was full of people when we walked in,some checking in and some asking for extras for their room. There was only one lady at the desk but she was friendly to everyone. She was professional but joyful. Right before us a lady asked for an extra cot for the room, the front desk lady told her she would call maintenance and even told her where in the room he would be pushing it too. Then it was our turn but before she could help us she got a call. She answered it very friendly and it just happened to be nobody on the other end, she said it must have been a kid seeing what the phone was like in the room. Then it was our turn. The sweetie smiled at us and was just full of joy. Her personality matched her adorable rainbow glasses. VERY FRIENDLY! Then on the way up to our room we just happened to have the elevator stop on the floor the maintenance man was going to get on the elevator with the cot. He smiled and said he would wait. Both interactions with staff were friendly. Now the important stuff. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great, pillows were perfect for me. We didn't eat breakfast because the hotel was full and we didn't really want to be around a large crowds so I can't comment on that. Location was perfect for our needs. Overall we will stay again!…

Rooms are outdated. Especially bathroom. The reviews said quiet hotel. Far cry. Maybe if you were on the 7th floor where you couldn’t hear all the noise from the kids running up and down the hallways. Also this hotel is supposed to be smoke free??? It would be nice if the hotel didn’t have benches right out the main entrance where people sit and smoke away. This was my first impression of the hotel when I walked in. And you can smell the smoke in the lobby area. I must say the only thing I liked about this hotel is the breakfast.

Quiet, good hot breakfast, coffee in the room, great strong shower even for a short person, soft towels, courteous personnel. We'd definitely stay at the 108th St. location again. Unfortunately some of the ice machines have been removed so be sure to ask the front desk which floors have ice, know 2nd floor does at this time and it's right next to the elevator with the pop vending machine.

i definitely loved this hotel , picked it due to pool . lowest water is 8inch & highest was 3 ft !!! literally the besg hotel to stay at w kids .everyone was nice & caring while our stay there :)) !!!

Hotel was not anything like the pictures, the evening/night shift gal was rude at check in, did not make us feel welcome and with it being a pet friendly hotel if people don’t want to deal with the territory that comes with dogs, don’t stay at a pet friendly hotel. The room was not very clean, and the mattresses are worn out, the ice machines were out of order and elevators on the north end were out of order. Motel pictures on website do not match the rooms at all. False advertising, none of will be back and it won’t be recommended . The breakfast staff was super nice and the breakfast was wonderful!

Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast. My grandsons loved the Waterpark. Front desk service was not good but would stay there again! Internet very accessible, nice gym, hot tub was good and hot. It is located in a good place.

The guest room was great. The amenities were superb. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Beverages machine running all day free of charge is amazing. Staff were very helpful and even greeted guests. I’m very impressed. Good job!

Took my 4 year old grandson here for the pool mostly. Very nice for small kids. Plenty of interaction for him. The room was nice and clean. Modern furniture and comfortable bed. Great water pressure. The staff was professional and friendly.
