Stayed in this hotel for two nights while attending an event in Omaha. The location is very good you’re within walking distance of the CHI Center and old town Omaha. There is a steakhouse in the hotel and a fantastic restaurant across the street. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is so cheerful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Rolled into Omaha late in the evening on a long drive from west to east. Parking was easy in the parking garage, but no real unloading zone for luggage. And its $15 day for parking, free in and outs all day, but not patrolled or secure parking, so that was a little bit of a disappointment for $15.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and checked me in with no problem. The hotel is very clean, plenty of sanitizing going on. Each room had a seal on the door indicating it had been cleaned (sanitized).
Really clean and well maintained rooms. This is the best Hilton Garden Inn that I have seen in all of the cities in the USA that I have traveled too. Excelently maintained. Bed was great.

Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t ask for much more while traveling.

Parking is located in a garage directly next door, for a fee of $15. Convenient downtown location.

Breakfast was complimentary for the continental offerings, or hot breakfast made to order (pancakes, omelets, bacon) for a reasonable fee. The refreshments area was well maintained and sanitized by an on-site attendant.

Very good experience!

Ok we got the room as a staycation and were underwhelmed. First the location is pretty good for the downtown area. But when we got into our room we noticed the duvet cover was melted from whatever laundry mishap. Then when I attempted to call the front desk no answer. So I proceeded down stairs. The night manager was on after I yelled and started a 5 minute drum solo on the counter to wake him. Then probably becuase I woke him he was pretty rude. Well he gave me a new duvet cover for me to change...bad move the comforter it was covering was gross. This time he was still awake when I called. After about 30 minute we finally got linen to sleep with but he was the only one working. The duvet cover was not the only laundry issue. The shower curtain was equally melted. Basically whom ever does laundry might need to be trained. Overall the room was old but clean and the beds comfortable. The laundry issues and rudeness were probably the reasons will will not stay here again.

We had a nice one-night stay while attending an event in downtown Omaha. The staff were all very courteous and the shuttle was great to take us to nearby destinations in our efforts to avoid the very cold weather. Could do with some cosmetic updates in some areas in order to bring it to five stars and compete with some of the other renovated properties nearby but this was a very good option. Would also have been nice if parking had been included in using our points for the stay but we had to pay $15 extra for that. Not a big deal. We would certainly stay here again thanks to the top notch staff we encountered.

Stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for over a week during the College World Series. Excellent location; easy walk to AmeriTrade Park. Close to the Market area, many great places to eat within a short walking distance. If I could give the staff 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would - with special recognition to Chad at the front desk. Housekeeping staff always had a smile and always asked if we needed anything. This hotel has a basic but very decent breakfast in the morning. Guest laundry on 8th floor is handy. The pantry by front desk had basic supplies/snacks and you could purchase a beer there if you wanted; but no true bar area in the lobby. However, Spencer’s restaurant next door has a bar and it has with access directly from the HGI lobby. The business center (should you need access to one) is isn’t great.; printers did not work. The hotel facility itself isn’t the most up to date but was in good condition with the exception of peeling wallpaper in lobby restroom. Overall we’d love to stay there again if the business center is upgraded. The staff made our stay a GREAT one!

Very basic motel, disappointing for a Hilton property. The bathroom was very small. There was no running water coming from the bathroom faucet. Maintenance fixed it. When we ran the water, the sink was totally plugged. It took over an hour, with lots of bad odors for the maintenance person to clean out the pipe. Reception personnel would not change our room upon our request and offered a $20 discount. I found out at checkout that another person had a similar problem and was offered $50. Really?? Unhappy with this experience.

The hotel was very dirty. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The carpet in the hallway had multiple large and small stains that looked like spilled drinks and food that had been there for weeks and no attempt had been made to clean It. The hallway smelled strongly of multiple foods cooking and it wasn't a pleasant odor. The carpet in our room was filthy. When I set my suitcase on the floor I saw pieces of tomato and olive. There was dust and dirt so thick on the carpet in the corner behind the chair that it made the dark green carpet appear gray.
When we called the customer service desk, the young man checked the room, acknowledged it was dirty, apologized and offered us a different room on the 3rd floor.
It didn't have old food on the floor but it was as dirty as the previous room. There was thick dirt and dust on the carpet along the walls and an empty water bottle on the floor by the night stand.
When making this reservation we selected it because it was a Hilton Hotel, the average rating was 4.1, and it had multiple reviews stating it was very clean. The ratings had to be fake. The Hilton Garden on Dodge St. was cary dirty.
We canceled our reservation, checked into a hotel one block away that had similar rating and price range, and was very clean.

This was a good stop on our drive across the country. Clean room with a convenient parking garage connected to the hotel. We felt safe here. We found a rate that included parking which made it more affordable. Bagged breakfasts (yogurt, hard boiled egg, muffin) were available for $7, but we walked into Old Market that evening and picked something up for breakfast. We ordered a steak dinner from Spencer's (attached restaurant), picked it up and split it. It was enough for two of us and then we walked into Old Market for ice cream.

It’s hard tell one hotel from another nowadays. They all have most of the same amenities. The Hilton Garden, Downtown Omaha is on the of those hotels. It is situated conveniently close to the Old Market. With parking been at a premium, it has a large parking garage next to the hotel @ a cost of &15 per night for guests. The room was very clean, with a mini fridge & coffee maker. ( would have liked to see more coffee creamer available.) Breakfast is available. @ $7 for continental, & $12 for a cooked meal. It has been awhile since I have stayed at a hotel. So maybe more have this option. But I really liked the counter less check in, which comes with a option to have your room key on your phone. (GREAT OPTION)
There are many choices in this are for hotels, but I would recommend & stay here again.
