Great rooms. Need to maintain exterior better. Especially some handles in the door and make sure swipe is actually connected to side to get in without having to walk around to front.

Cleaning staff very friendly. Wouldn’t be nice to have option to pay cash at check

Our room was at an exit- entrance door. After two they stopped coming in and out. Smokers? One guest spent more than five minutes screaming they don’t have an elevator.
Shower was hard to turn on, the toilet ran, the bathroom was clean.
Breakfast tasted like cardboard, small room and a loud TV.
The room would get hot so I toss the cover off. Then it would get cold and I’d cover up. That was the whole night.
Add the door to outside opening and closing till early the next morning, and that cost 130 dollars.

The place was clean. The front desk staff was helpful. Parking was easy. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was the usual fare of breads, cereals, etc. the breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Check in and out was easy. We always use the Wyndham app about 3-4 hours of our arrival. Never seem to have difficulty reserving a room.

I stayed in this La Quinta Inn for 1 night while traveling thru the area. Overall, the room was okay (the air conditioning did not cool great, but it was okay) for the price I paid.

I checked out early the next morning and left my room keys with the front desk clerk. Later that day, a surprise additional $50 charge appeared on my credit card. When I called the hotel, they stated that 2 pillows were missing from the room and they were charging me $50 for the pillows. I assured them that I did not take anything from the room when I left. The staff member I was talking to kept insisting that I took the pillows. Either the pillows were missing from the room when I checked in, or someone in housekeeping took them after I checked out (BTW the room had 2 beds and I only used 1 of them).

Bottom line, bad customer service from La Quinta Inn management and potentially dishonest staff at the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again after the way I was treated.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The room was quiet, but all the furnishings were dated and the hallway carpeting looks very old and dingy. However, the biggest problem was that our room was infested with bed bugs!!! We got in late the first night and didn't really notice anything until after we checked out after the 2nd night. My wife and daughter are both covered in bites!

The hotel advertised breakfast and none was served. When I asked the hotel front desk staff they merely said no breakfast served without looking up from the keyboard. The hotel remakes of disinfectant but the carpets were SO disgusting! Our room had multiple stains and I could not remove my socks as the rug had a grungy feel when waking on it. Stains in the hallway carpets as well. Overall appearance of the hotel was run down. The mattresses were poor quality. NOT worth $120+ a night. This seemed more like a roach hotel they rent by the hour. DON’T STAY HERE!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the La Quinta Inn in Omaha. Upon entering the room, I discovered bugs and a significant amount of mold in the bathroom, clearly due to a non-functioning vent. This level of filth is unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of price. I booked here specifically because downtown hotels have no parking for a U-Haul, but this experience was dreadful. I had no choice but to book a separate room for my family at a different hotel downtown to ensure their safety and comfort. While I understand budget accommodations may lack certain luxuries, cleanliness should never be compromised. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. Cheap rates should not equate to dirty and unhealthy conditions. Avoid this place at all costs!

Room was very very clean. Being a former housekeeper I tend to go through the room extra carefully. My stay was very pleasant comfortable, the breakfast bag could be done differently like if you are not going to open the room up allow the food to be on display so customers can choose

The bed in the room sagged and offered no support. I have seen better beds left in the woods to rot. Getting a decent nights sleep was out of the question. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and gave me a headache. The door had large gaps to allow light and sound through. After I checked in, I seriously considered leaving immediately and even if I could not get a refund I would pay for another room in another hotel to get some sleep.

We went there for a weekend getaway and off the bat. The receptionist was very rude. I let her know that we had already reserved and she put her hand up to shush me. The service was horrible and clean our room, clean, clean towels, and toilet paper or take out the trash we had they didn’t make our bed or anything.
We had someone come to our door banging and yelling. We didn’t even know who he was and we didn’t get our hundred dollar deposit for damages back. Breakfast was horrible. The breakfast is very nasty and tasted stale.
