Cleaning staff very friendly. Wouldn’t be nice to have option to pay cash at check
Out.
Shower was hard to turn on, the toilet ran, the bathroom was clean.
Breakfast tasted like cardboard, small room and a loud TV.
The room would get hot so I toss the cover off. Then it would get cold and I’d cover up. That was the whole night.
Add the door to outside opening and closing till early the next morning, and that cost 130 dollars.
I checked out early the next morning and left my room keys with the front desk clerk. Later that day, a surprise additional $50 charge appeared on my credit card. When I called the hotel, they stated that 2 pillows were missing from the room and they were charging me $50 for the pillows. I assured them that I did not take anything from the room when I left. The staff member I was talking to kept insisting that I took the pillows. Either the pillows were missing from the room when I checked in, or someone in housekeeping took them after I checked out (BTW the room had 2 beds and I only used 1 of them).
Bottom line, bad customer service from La Quinta Inn management and potentially dishonest staff at the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again after the way I was treated.
We had someone come to our door banging and yelling. We didn’t even know who he was and we didn’t get our hundred dollar deposit for damages back. Breakfast was horrible. The breakfast is very nasty and tasted stale.
