Run- runaway from this place- great place for drugs and prostitution. They even try to cancel your reservation hours prior to arrival. I wish I would have just let them cancel me yet I fraught to stay because everything last min was way more money. Knowing now if I would have know then - I would have paid it to stay away from there. I think he was trying to do me a favor.

Rooms were being remodeled - clean up not done in rooms after remodeling, moldy shower ceiling tiles, no area to eat breakfast no breakfast no staff at front desk have to call they don't answer, took 10 minutes to get someone to come to the desk if they even came

This hotel and its staff are terrible. The hotel was being remodeled. I understand dust and that and can work with that. Clean up at night wasn’t done. Sheetrock chips and particles all over the carpet in the hall. Room that was given to us was above the bar which we didn’t know was at the hotel. Loud music till 2 am. Asked at 11 what all the loud music was and staff said there was a party going on, didn’t offer to get another room away from the bar and party. Second of all the room was atrocious! Sad really really sad burn holes in the sheets, dirty wash cloth in the room, no cups to use no coffee maker in the room. No end tables with lamps on the floor. Shower didn’t work at all, toilet barely flushed, bathroom door was bashed in, toilet seat was loose and was all over the place. We asked the staff early in the morning about the shower and he said it worked but yet when he came up to the room at 5 am he couldn’t make it work! When we left which was way earlier then we wanted staff asked us if they could get us another room, I said well sorry but not sorry we are leaving. I said you should not even open the doors to this hotel and get in another line of business with your poor skills of taking care of guests and making their stay be as comfortable as possible.…

Dirtiest room I dave seen in a lone time. Tile floor, dirty and not even swept, especially in the bathroom. Shower had hair in it covered with stains. Towels and bedding dirty and stained. Took refuge during a storm, would have left otherwise

I wish I would have read the reviews first. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The heater was in horrible shape. Written on it so you knew where to turn the dials. Couldn’t get Correct temp. Either too cold or too hot. Nobody at the desk in the morning. Couldn’t get into my room half the time tv didn’t work. I figured they were under remodel but seems like it has been for awhile. Room had spackle on the wall. Rust on the door ways. Burn marks on the wall and on the bathtub. So not stay here. The person at night was nice.

This hotel should be condemned. The sheets had clearly not been washed and there were dried boogers wiped all over the sheets. We saw two prostitution transactions and witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. We refused to stay there because of the filth in the room, but the manager would not refund us. The room cost 300/night because of the college World Series being in town. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The night auditor was very kind and helpful. He was the only part of the hotel that was good. Everything was dirty and run down. Wires sticking out and holes in the walls. I will go back (not to stay) to see if they've fixed things next time I go through Omaha.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life throughout the world of my fifty five years of traveling - no redeeming qualities among any category I could select - my strong advice, sleep in your car or try to get arrested so you can enjoy a clean jail cell instead of what this place offers.
