I had high hopes for this hotel when we walked into the lobby. Unfortunately, that is where my hopes and dreams ended. We are Diamond members, we were offered no upgrade, no water on check in (which is important later). The hallways were dated with peeling wallpaper and the peeled off stickers on the doors drove me insane! For the price of the room you think they could get some goo gone and remove the residue. The bathroom had mold, the wallpaper was torn and haphazardly fixed, and the shower curtain had mold too. The room while clean still felt dirty, if that makes sense?! For my $24 food and beverage credit (2 of us in a room) I could get a meal for one. The bottled water was $3.50-$4.00 a bottle! Would of been nice to at least have a bottle at check in! Ordered breakfast on day 2 with the credit and the breakfast was good, so that is a positive. I have stayed at a lot of hotels this year and I just feel that the Hilton brand overall is not what is use to be. I am seriously considering switching to the Marriott brand, but that is a discussion for another day. We will be returning to this hotel again in a few weeks and if it was not for the location, I would book elsewhere.

Hotel's Favourite
My son and I made our way down to Omaha to see the Olympic trials last week and wow, did we get lucky to stay at this hotel. Not only is it connected to the Trials facility (and right next to the College World Series), the staff is some of the friendliest, hardest working I've ever met. And I travel a TON. On top of this being a great hotel, seeing Michael Phelps and other swimming royalty hanging out in the lobby was pretty special for us. It was clear they were enjoying their stays as much as us. Some particulars: 1. Great bar/lobby atmosphere. Aforementioned celebrity watching was super cool. And even with the tremendous traffic due to the College World Series and the Trial coinciding, I never waited more than 15-20 seconds to order a drink. 2. Rooms were spacious and clean. All we ever need is a clean room and we're happy. 3. Location. Amazing spot. Walked to several restaurants and the sports venues. Super convenient. 4. Gym. Like a mini-health club. Pool, sauna, hot tub, locker rooms. MUCH nicer than most hotel gyms. 5. Staff. Some of the friendliest people I've ever met. And given the fact that this week was probably their busiest and most stressful, I was shocked at how great this staff performed. Overall, an amazing trip. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathtub had moldy grout/caulking. I took pictures of it. The vending machines were out of order. I found someone else’s parking pass in my bed. I was going to say something to one of the workers at the front desk, but it was so busy due to being after a concert. I’ve stayed in cheap hotels and they were better stays than this was.

This is a downtown hotel. Although Omaha is not Chicago, STL, KC, etc., it is nonetheless a downtown hotel. That means you will pay for parking, there is NO free breakfast, NO free coffee in the lobby, and the food in the lobby restaurants will be very expensive compared to a normal restaurant. The rooms were a bit dated, but mine was clean so no complaints. Parking was $18 a night, but when you pay $30-$40 in major cities, not a problem. I will say the restaurant in the lobby was more expensive than I expected. A chicken sandwich and fries was $17 bucks, which for the quality and quantity was high. Breakfast was $15'ish, but the serving size was appropriate. Parking was easy, the garage is attached and you do not have to go outside. The location is good, you are right next to the stadium and also the convention center. As a Diamond, you have to use the daily credits. Fitness center is very nice.

It was average. Until I had to use the call center. The lady supervising the call center is evil and she works only to avoid helping you. However, Ryan at the call center is amazing!!! Ask for him!!!!
