The Hilton Omaha enjoys a strategic location praised by guests for its convenience to the airport, downtown, and event venues. While the vibrant atmosphere, complete with live music, is a hit, some have experienced disruptions to their peace due to noise. The hotel's cleanliness receives high marks, and the staff is often commended for their professionalism. However, the hotel's value proposition is a point of contention, as numerous travelers find the rooms, food, and services overpriced. Amenities are generally well-regarded despite occasional parking challenges and noise complaints.

The staff were attentive, accommodating, and just downright nice human beings who are very good at their jobs. An orchestra of smart, caring people who took care of me at a difficult time in my life. I am forever grateful.

I needed a blanket in the middle of the night, called the front desk, and was informed that they only have comforters, "will that do?" A few minutes later found me greeting Jake from Security, not from State Farm, who was bearing a fluffy bundle of warmth just for me. I later learned that room 8-114 was on the cold end of the building. I would encounter Jake later on, bearing a wheelchair when I needed it. His title should be Budding Executive in Charge of Comforting Humans.

Melissa from the front desk was so friendly and caring, she wanted to meet up with me during my stay but never got the time. I was there for the Eagles concert (not football to the random person in the elevator) and she wanted to see my outfit before walking over to the concert venue, and wanted to see me when I got back to make sure I returned safely. I needed Benadryl in the middle of the night and Melissa made sure I got some if she had to Door Dash it herself, which is exactly what happened. Lovely Carmen brought it to my door.

Terrence, bar keep extraordinaire, kept me fed and watered during my stay, and was a delight to spend time with. A true gentleman with warm hands who continued to call me Madame even after several requests to call me by my first name. He apologized profusely over some delayed french toast, only to explain later that chef Chloe was not happy with the first batch. She made the right choice to serve me late perfection rather than on-time substandard food. With a limited kitchen and no restaurant due to COVID, the staff worked miracles to keep the food going. Katie, the artist of drinks, was friendly and attentive. She trained Terrence.

Housekeeping staff and a lovely young lady named Echo, left me undisturbed for my entire 4-day stay at my request, bringing only what I asked for at the appropriate time. I still would like to know what the colored circle shaped magnets were for on the door jambs of many rooms. I thought they were to indicate the status of a partially cleaned room. Michaela, at the front desk for checkout, thought they pertained to ongoing construction in the guest rooms. Another staff person thought it might be a scavenger hunt.

Lastly, Deshonn served me breakfast on my last day, a delightful rerun of toast from France. His favorite color is lime green.

A reason to go to Omaha? Stay at the Hilton and talk to the staff, a hardworking bunch of caring people truly caring for other people.

Great hotel connected to the conference center. Room was great with very cold AC. In room coffee was actually good. Rooms recently remodeled. Make sure you close your door shut, my door would not close on its own. Great commutation from the staff. Bar is very nice, a bit pricey. Tons of equipment in the gym including a peloton, women’s only dry sauna - preheat before you use. But no water in the gym. Pool and hot tub clean. I was granted a late checkout to noon.

Overall a nice hotel. We were a bit dismayed that we found little short black hairs all over the shower and a long black hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise our room seemed to be reasonably clean. The hotel itself was recently renovated, so everything still looks very nice. The bar encompasses most of the lobby area. You can also order food which was mediocre for what the price was. Especially breakfast which was almost $50 for two people. The staff we encountered were all pleasant and very helpful. The only other negative was our second night there was a group somewhere near our room partying, playing music very loud and people laughing and talking loudly. It kept us awake, I wouldn't think a hotel like this would allow that. We chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the arena where we had tickets to see Jeff Dunham. Would we stay at the Omaha Hilton again? Probably not, rooms are too expensive as is the food and the cocktails. I don't think you get the best bang for your buck here.

This review is ONLY for during the College World Series. It’s not even the Hilton’s fault but I wish I knew this before booking during the CWS. Apparently the city of Omaha gives some sort of special noise permit to a local Bar Nextdoor (Old Mattress Factory) and they have an outdoor DJ blasting music until 1am. I am not being dramatic, it is really loud. For their current advertised rate of $4900/night you are not expecting your room to sound like a early 2000’s rap concert. People are pissed and they should be. The Hilton’s solution was to offer ear plugs. :(

I generally like this hotel, the Hilton in Omaha, Nebraska until I checked out. I had a great amount of difficult checking out of the hotel. The parking system does not work properly. I spent approximately 75 going back-and-forth to check out of the hotel a young lady parking attendant help me out I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They do not have a good customer service. .

Not a great experience at this hotel. We were there with our basketball team at the same time as a huge concert was being held next door. The hotel allowed concert attendees to park in the ramp so when we got back from games we spent an hour driving around trying to get a spot to park and were told we’d just have to wait until these people left the concert! Then waited 30 min in line for the elevator! Rooms were HOT, water pressure was terrible, and breakfast orders took FOREVER! And best of all, we asked for a late checkout only to come back after our game to find out that housekeeping had started on our room already and taken all of our food from the refrigerator that we had planned on feeding the team with!! Definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Recently stayed at the Hilton Omaha for a conference and truly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is in a great location - less than 10 minutes to the airport and within walking distance to a lot of great spots in Downtown Omaha. Room was nice with very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C worked well. Digital check in and key worked great as well. Nice bar/restaurant in the lobby along with a little marketplace that has food/snacks/drinks. I did enjoy the daily housekeeping - something most hotels don't offer anymore. All in all - a great stay!

I have been coming to Omaha for 20 years and the omaha Hilton consistently disappoints! The location is great and the rooms are clean(great housekeeping staff!) I was coming to a business convention and had to prepay my first night yet when i arrived at 12:30 am they had resold my room. They shipped me down to the Hampton Inn. I felt horrible that the staff was put in that position and they were very gracious. The new restaurant was a disappointment as well. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was the most pathetic thing you have ever seen. The head of romaine may have been six inches long and only half was on the plate. The center part was brown and inedible. They brought another little one and it was brown as well. The bar staff has been grumpy for the 20 years we have been coming ... The other thing that i found off putting is there are bar codes EVERYWHERE to make tipping "easier." They front desk even has a barcode so you can tip someone to do their job and to check you in!

Another amazing stay. The new restaurant is amazing, delicious prime rib. Ambiance is great and amazing service. The rooms are extremely clean, sheets and pillows are really are soft and comfortable. Front desk people are friendly and professional. The guest service desk are knowledgeable of all the events happening in the Old Market and they go out of the way to accommodate your needs.

The hotel was very clean and quite. The hotel staff (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, valet parking) were great, always polite and professional. As soon as I pulled up to the hotel I was welcomed. The hotel and valet costs are cost friendly.
