We came to Omaha for a family get together before summer was over coming from Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas. We chose this hotel due to price, location, and it was suppost to have breakfast included. we were a party of 23 so fairly large. the patio was great for hanging out and kids to play.
only downside was Breakfast wasn't included and was $11 a person and the elevator only had 1 working so it took along time to get on and off.
Beds were also very firm and pillows kinda flat.

We got the VIP treatment from Front Desk Jeff on our quick over-nighter at this fabulous HGI. Even with the virus woes, this hotel is just exceptional: indoor pool and Jacuzzi operational… fitness room with free weights, water dispenser and a scale… perfect location just a block from a very popular eatery, Pitch… coffee in the lobby… breakfast was Grab ‘n Go bag with a microwaveable egg sandwich, yogurt, fruit cup and a pastry. And believe it or not – USA Today newspaper in the lobby (which I haven’t seen in our last 100 hotel nights). Thanks also to Davis who was kind enough to provide us a Diamond upgrade to the spacious King 1-Bedroom Suite: enormous Jacuzzi tub, extra half bathroom, screened windows that opened for a breeze and a wet-bar. We loved everything about this amazing hotel. Good show, GM Edward!

The hotel rate does not include usable internet (speed of free internet is near unusable so expect to pay daily fees if you need to work on line). Breakfast in not free either. Thin blanket on bed not adequate and no extras in room. Luggage carts do hold two large suitcases - see to be geared to solo guests

The property looks nice and we have no complaints about it’s condition. The pool and hot tub are nice, the room was clean and the bed was one of the more comfortable we’ve had in our travels. It was very quiet also. We never heard any other guests from our room. On the downside, the heating system made so much noise cycling off it was difficult to sleep. Every time it cycled off it sounded like somebody knocked 5 or 6 times on the door and the wall unit made a racket. Additionally, there is no complimentary breakfast, so tack on another $12+ per person to eat at the in-house restaurant. And finally, I despise being nickel and dimed. There were two bottles of water in the room with a tag that said only Silver or above rewards members could use them without charge. All other guests would be charged $2. I expect that kind of foolishness in Vegas, but not Omaha. No thanks...back to a Hampton next time we travel.

I made my reservation for two rooms over a month ago. I had not stayed at this location before but I've always been happy with Hilton and I'm a Hilton Honors member. When I tried to call about a late check in I had trouble getting someone to answer the phone, when I did finally reach someone she was rude. Once we were in town and stopped by about check in, the woman we spoke to was again rude. I would hope it was the same person vs. two grumpy associates. When we got into our rooms (on the opposite side of the building that what we requested) you could tell they had not been cleaned properly. There was something under the counter in the bathroom and something under the desk in the bedroom. The furniture was scratched up, chips in the porcelain as well as cracked caulk around the tub, the TV remote wouldn't work correctly, and there were rust-looking spots above the door jam. When we checked out the next morning I told all of this to the gentleman who helped us to which he said he was sorry and that was it.

Service at this hotel has gone above and beyond expectations. From check-in and nearby restaurant recommendations from front desk staff, great interactions from breakfast kitchen staff and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help locate missing items left in the room. We traveled with a team of rooms and they were able to accommodate requests from multiple of the families with ease. Would recommend staying here again.

The website boasted an onsite restaurant, but it was not open. Monday's "free" breakfast was pathetic - Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches and a microwave oven. Bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned and wasn't vented. Weatherstripping on the window was missing. Housekeeping was advertised as daily, but a sticker on the bathroom mirror stated that it was every four days. This is not what I expect out of a Hilton hotel.

We booked over a month ago for multiple rooms. Agent was more worried about selling me a membership than getting our info right. My fault for not checking email that went to my trash file. Called today to find that we are allowed only king beds for two rooms and NO rooms at all for Saturday. We now have reservations for Saturday as well but no double queens available. No rollaways either. Instead, for a higher cost, we are offered two rooms with hide-a-beds. They are blaming the third party who booked but not making amends for the inconvenience, higher cost, or switching rooms. And no free breakfast? Really? An additional cost for breakfast. I have five other kids and we will not be using this hotel for their weddings.

The hotel is doing a good job of balancing the Covid restrictions and still trying to deliver the services we have come to expect from a Hilton product.
The lobby is updated, the room clean and comfortable.

I was unable to travel to Omaha the first night due to a winter storm. Nevertheless, the management refused to cancel the reservation and billed my credit card. Then, when I appeared for the second night, management refused to allow me to use my Hilton Honors points to pay for the two night stay, forcing me to stay in another hotel. The one lunch I had there while attending a meeting was dreadful (I had better meals 50 years ago in Army ness halls). I would never stay in this lousy hotel again.

We do not offer a complimentary breakfast. We offer a full cooked to order breakfast to include juice, coffee, bacon, eggs, omelets, pancakes and etc.... the cost is $11.95 for adults and $5.95 for children 5-12 and under 5 are free.
Yes, we have many rooms with 2 queen beds.
Unfortunately our shuttle only goes within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. We are approximately 17 miles from the airport. Cab fare runs about $46 one way.
