When I checked and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They kept asking me if I needed anything housekeeping came by and asked every day if I needed anything or if I need my room clean the front desk asked if I needed a water or they I brought my dog and they made sure that the dog was well taken care of. They made sure that I was taking care of anything I needed. They provided for me at the front desk. They’re a great great staff and surprisingly this hotel is rated at one of the best hotels. If I stay anywhere close to Omaha I would only stay here , I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Note - website says it will sleep 5. Luckily, we had only 2. There is no way it would sleep 5. Having said that, the location was fantastic for the college World Series. Best hotel in the area for location to the stadium.
Wonderful staff goes above and beyond they do whatever they can for the guest to make sure that Thursday is great and comfortable and that you have everything that you need recommend this hotel to anyone
I want to say how this room at Homewood suites in Omaha Nebraska very very clean very nice very adequate with with being able to and the deaf person mylika lot was very personable very helpful she is a very good employee that they better keep around for a long time she helped us and I will come back here at all the time she made me feel very welcome
Once we arrived there were no carts for me to bring 4 days worth of things for myself and my two young children I am traveling alone with. The pool has mold growing on the edges. It was so loud in the pool area because an employee was allowing her family to swim making the area overrun and really uncomfortable to use. The breakfast was cold. Our keys only worked once then we would have to go to the front desk after traveling up to the 8th floor to have them redone; my digital key never ready. The pullout bed has dirty sheets on them and smelt like dog pee, that was where my children were going to sleep so I went to the store and bought a blow up mattress. Every time I went to the desk about my keys not working I felt very uncomfortable complaining after reading other comments that they were kicked out for complaining. My room smelled like cigarettes and the halls constantly smelt like pot. The paper they hand you to park in the public lot is literally just saying if you get robbed it's not their fault then charge you $10 a car a day to park there. Didn't find that out until I looked at our charges. So I had to pay $40 to park in a free public lot.…
I am seriously concerned about their safety protocol. We're a family of four with two young kids. We tipped the staff often, were quiet guests. One morning, the smoke alarm went off in our adjoining suite. I saw smoke coming from the ceiling. I grabbed my three year old and our dog and ran down the six flights of stairs, while calling the fire department on the way down. After all that, it turned out it was just a burnt poptart in the microwave. Management kicked us out with three hours warning because I called the fire department instead of the front desk. (Who would call the front desk if they thought the building was on fire?!) After three weeks, we had a ton of stuff in our two suites. We both had to take off work in the middle of the work week and find lodging. This was really upsetting considering that we were only at the Hilton to begin with because the pipes had burst in our home during the winter storm.…
I cannot say enough about the service that Sandy at the front desk and Rosa in the kitchen provide. They truly make me feel at home. Sandy knows her guests by name (which I find remarkable) and goes out of her way to ensure your stay is pleasant. Rosa in the kitchen always has the breakfast meal ready and on time. Both ladies don't simply come to work, they interact with the guests. As a frequent traveler who stays in hotels around the world, this has been one of the friendliest thanks to Sandy and Rosa. Thank you Sandy. Thank you Rosa for making my stay feel at home.
This is my second visit to Omaha in the past couple of months. Best thing to happen was seeing Sandy still working overnight at the front desk. She goes above and beyond to make the customer feel welcomed. Keep up the great work Sandy!!! You are awesome.
Shavette at check-in was able to quickly check me in to my room and asked about my Hilton Honors number. She also informed me of local eateries relative to the area within walking distance. Thank you!
We usually stay at another hotel in downtown Omaha but we decided to give this one a try and it was awesome; breakfast was decent but shevete and I believe Shawn were great. would definitely come back here
