This location meets all the Hampton standards. We had no problems and everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was normal Hampton with a reasonable selection, well presented and clean. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The location is just excellent for access to all parts of Omaha. Plenty of great places to eat either within blocks or with a short drive. This is one of my favorite places to stay when we visit Omaha.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is very clean, & staff is very friendly! Our room was immaculate, bed was super comfy, shower had wonderful water pressure! We usually stay in Hampton inns when we’re traveling and this location did not disappoint! We would highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to or through Omaha.

The staff at this Hampton Inn was super friendly and helpful! Justin at the front desk helped us in a pinch getting us a few ounces of milk for our toddler when we ran out - he saved bedtime! And was overall excellent at his job and going out of his way to help with everything else we needed. This morning, Steve the Sales Director was also a chipper person to encounter at the front desk on our way out. Overall it was a perfect stopover and we’d come back again if we’re passing through this area!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Omaha Midtown-Aksarben. The service was great from the front desk folks with big smiles, accommodating, to the housekeeping service, the kind of friendliness that makes you want to stay again. The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator. The location was perfect right in the middle of town so could access downtown as well as other parts of Omaha in 10-15 minutes in different directions. Parking was easy and ample. Thanks for running such a nice hotel!

My husband and I visited Omaha for a weekend getaway. I've stayed in many Hilton properties, especially Hamptons and this was at least as nice as any other I've stayed in. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the hallway, the elevators, and the lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not outstanding, but just fine with ample options and no less than I was expecting. There was plenty of space in the lobby for people to sit and enjoy their food. I absolutely loved that there was free EV charging. That would definitely make me choose this hotel again!

This is a fairly new, well-maintained hotel. Very quiet, great shower, clean and comfortable bed. Free abundant parking. Breakfast was OK with a pre-made omelet, sausage, cereal and toast. Great value.

Always happy with Hamptons but the last two nights two different cities the beds are hard as a rock. WTH. Hate hard beds. Always clean. Quiet. Nice touch w the new shampoos and conditioner. Great pillows. Hate the bed. Don’t remember them being like this.

Clean room, comfy bed, quiet, and hot breakfast -- you can't ask for more. It was a pleasant "Girls Night Out" with a friend I hadn't seen for months. We had a comfortable room to catch up in and waffles in the morning. Would stay here again.

This hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and had efficient front desk staff. Breakfast choices were standard hot and cold items, all of which were fresh and good. Bed was good; linens were fresh. We loved the proximity of this hotel to Spezia Restaurant, about a mile away, that served up the best meal we’ve had in a very long time. Good night’s stay, no issues or complaints.
