Hotel's Favourite
I stayed here for three days with my husband and teenaged daughter, and we had no difficulties. The room was nice, and the bar area was nice. We didn't eat breakfast while we were there. The staff was helpful. It's also in a good location. We would stay here again if in the area.

From the digital check in to digital check out, the experience is amazing. The cookies, the restaurant and all the staff are amazing!! Harrison is by far my favorite person in Omaha, his smile is warm and inviting!! The guys in the restaurant are very inviting, they even made spaghetti and meatballs (off menu) for me and my co-worker.. Doubletree Omaha is my home away from home in Houston, so thanks for making my experience one to remember!

The hotel is super clean and always smells great! The rooms are very spacious. Teresa and Monze in the breakfast area greets you as soon as you enter the breakfast area. Teresa makes you feel welcome with her warm smile. The food is always hot and fresh. Can't wait to come back.

This hotel as amazing.. I love everything about this place. From the greeting at the front door with water and cookies. Harrison is one of my favorite people in all of Omaha. The restaurant is amazing and accommodating. Me and my co-worker wanted an off menu products, we wanted spaghetti, They went to the kitchen and made some of the best spaghetti I had ever eaten The whole experience was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the pillow are like sleeping on clouds. I love this place. I feel safe, the the noise is always at a minimum. Andrew was able to procure an agreement with the company that I work for we love this place so much, plenty parking, lighting, and so much more. The beds are amazing too, its clean and the housekeepers are amazing. I have stayed here since the last week in August and I absolutely love it. Andrew is amazing as well. Give Double Tree a try you will not regret it.…

The pillows were great, bed medium comfort, the employee came to our room to try to fix our t.v. He changed the box,co-ax cable and the box. Did not fix the pixelating until about 40 minutes later, he is a good employee.our t.v. Is fixed. I really want you to know the 2 ladies in the breakfast room are the best and most professional I’ve seen in years.I owned and operated my own restaurant for many years. Teresa should be praised and rewarded for her hard work and awesome personality. Monze is also an awesome employee. Teresa is an asset to this establishment, please don’t take these ladies for granted, this establishment is very lucky to employee these two ladies.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant with my friends. We had an all-American breakfast buffet that had everything you could imagine. The only and biggest problem is probably going to be deciding where to start. The dining room was beautiful and elegant, with clean tables and cloth napkins. The staff was very attentive and polite, and the chef was very accommodating. The chef offered to make me an omelet that suited my dietary needs, which I really appreciated. The food was fresh and delicious, and there many choices for all tastes and preferences. There were fruits, drinks, pastries, waffle station and more. The restaurant had a fine dining feel for a breakfast buffet, and I enjoyed every bite. The price is very reasonable or very affordable for the breakfast spread offered. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good breakfast. I included pics from my second time dining there. The experience was good, it's a nice hotel with good services, clean and close to my business. I enjoyed the pool, the gym and the bed was really comfortable. The service provided by Teresa every day during breakfast time was outstanding, she made us felt welcomed, comfortable and taken care of.
