Doubletree by Omaha southwest is my go to whenever I pass thru town, which is about once a month/once every other month! Vida (the restaurant in the hotel) is by far my go to. It has always been good but it’s even better now with their update menu! I’ve always had a good experience with everyone there and have made friends since I go so much! I wanted to write this review and give MATTHEW BONER a shout out , for always being so kind and friendly. I come so much it’s gotten to the point he knows my drink and food order(unless I switch up my food order on him lol) and before I even sit down, he has my drink ready for me! Always great service. I was staying at another hotel but had to leave early because kids were running around all over the place I guess there was a sports group at the hotel but there was no control over them. When I called Doubletree to explain my frustration the front desk agent immediately assured me that even though they had a sports group in the hotel they would keep me away from all the noise. They said that I could check in immediately and enjoy breakfast compliments from the house and made specially from the Chef.
When I checked in they recognized my Hilton membership and welcomed me with a warm cookie. My room was really clean and never once during my stay did I hear any noise from other guests or kids.
I was able to complete my project on time and execute my presentation from my room. The hotel staff even was aware of my deadlines and allowed me to order room service.
The team here knows exactly how to take care of people and ensure that everyone has a good stay.

When you get there they infer that breakfast is included Then, in the morning when you go to the restaurant they tell you they’re going to charge it to the room. Everything else about this location is great. The gym is open 24 hours which is super helpful. Rooms were very clean and quiet definitely up to Hilton‘s standards

As Hilton Honors Diamond members you could say we've stay in a few hotels over the course of a year. Most Hilton properties have been great but not this one. The one perk we recieved was an upgraded room, but when we got to that room we found it the housekeeping staff had not done their job. Besides the hair in the bathroom drawers, items behind the nightstand and dresser (visible from the side of each) there were empty beer cans under the sink in the kitchenette. We attempted to let the front desk crew know that evening but they were busy. The next morning, when we went to breakfast, which we were told the evening before would only be a $5 up-charge for a hot meal from continental, we were told the buffet was full price no discounts to honors guests. Then blamed management for giving members the wrong information. We stopped at the front desk showed the clerk on duty the pictures of the empties left in the room, asked about the breakfast misinformation and we were met with oh our policy had changed on breakfast (in less than 12 hrs - really) and a mouth agap from the photo saying oh, housekeeping didn't take those - if housekeeping had taken them would we have found them? Excuse after excuse and poor staffing will definitely keep us from visiting this location again when we are in Omaha visiting family.

Dinner is very good. There's a breakfast buffet too, which has everything you'd expect to find at a hotel breakfast bar.
Rooms were ok, but show their age somewhat. Mine had a minor flaw in the window seal, but the thermostat was more than sufficient to account for that so I didn't bother moving rooms.
If you find anything wrong, they are willing to shuffle you into another room though.
Unfortunately no laundry services. They have an external dry cleaning service you can use but I hear it's expensive. I just ended up visiting the laundromat north of the hotel.
Parking is open, no assigned slots or anything like that. I didn't have any trouble finding parking spaces though, nor did ny rental car get tampered with, so it seems to be safe.
Owner and staff were kind and helpful. They answered every question I had.

Room was 62 degrees at check in took hours to warm. Left thermostat at 75 next day upon arrival back at room it was set to COOL at 61 degrees room was frigid furnace took hours to warm room. Furnace blew barely warm air.

I have stayed at multiple DoubleTrees within the country but this hotel is different. Every team member you came across was extremely helpful, nice to be around and was professional. When I checked in, they didn’t just hand me a cookie they were proud to give me their staple DoubleTree cookie like it was a prize. They explain how it was freshly made just to give a better experience for their guests. I was completely blown away. The hotel was extremely clean and when I requested room service I actually received it with a nice note. They even offered a to go cookie on my departure with a bottle water. I will be staying here for my future stays.

This hotel is very clean, and temperatures in room are still under guest controls unlike some other hotels that do not allow their guests to turn their temperatures below a certain degree. This being said, that was my first impression. My lasting impression is the staff. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant/bar staff was very informative and accommodating. They definitely went the extra mile throughout my stay! Lexy was my server two evening’s and I will ask for her in the future. She has a great attitude and personality. You can tell that her main goal is for the guest to have a wonderful experience. Thank you again. I will be back! By the way their salads are wonderful!

Room keys quit working several times, very inconvenient and annoying. Had to search for staff multiple times while eating breakfast in order for them to make my family waffles. By the time someone was found and the waffles were made the rest of the food on my plate was cold.

From the moment of check-in, our entire stay was amazing and one of the best hotel experiences i have ever encountered. The staff was beyond accommodating with all requests. We were in town for a baseball tournament and were greeted with personalized signs, baseball candy and extra little details that made us feel very welcome. We needed extra towels and toiletries on the first day for our family of four and they immediately brought up an entire bag of soaps and a dozen towels. The breakfast each morning was unbelievable from homeade french toast, eggs benedict, waffles, bacon, eggs, anything you could ever want. The lady that seated us each morning and brought our coffee and juice was fantastic (i feel terrible i cannot remember her name). She remembered what we wanted every day and brought it without asking by day 2. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely be staying at Doubletree for our next visit.

Hi, we do accept CLC and we have an entrance as well as back exit that makes it easy to park semis and busses in or lot without any crazy maneuvering. Thank you
Unfortunately we do not, but we have a beautiful pool and a patio behind the pool area with outdoor games.
We do not have a jacuzzi but our pool is heated at 84 degrees fahrenheit.

Thanks for your question. Our property is located right on 72nd Street where it meets I-80. There are plenty of hotels, restaurants, and businesses in very close vicinity to our hotel. The area is safe, and our parking lot is under video surveillance. We also have security that keeps an eye on the grounds at night. That being said, it is always smart to keep valuables in your guest room safe and make sure car doors are locked. Our property underwent an extensive renovation approximately 4 years ago, and that includes all guest rooms and public areas of the facility. Come stay with us we’d love to have you!
