This Hilton does not deserve to be considered to be Hilton. The facility needs updated, it’s dirty, very loud and the staff is very unprofessional. On the third floor and it sounded like a three ring circus was in the room above me. Two of four mornings without hot water. Staff kept saying they were working on it. They never got it right and never made effort to move or apologize. Never again.

Passing by to visit Mt. Rushmore . We slept good and the room was spacious and clean. Choose the room on higher floor and even numbers as it face on the parking lot mot on the street. Our room was 40& they let me pick my room using the Hilton apps and that’s what I like the most.

Stayed in late April. First time I’ve ever had a bathroom not cleaned. No towels, left over bar of soap and shampoo in the shower. Lots of kids, teenagers mostly making noise in the halls (and I mean noise) till after 11 PM. The Hampton In. 1 mile up the road at the airport is far better with an attentive staff.

This is by far the worst “Hilton” room I have stayed in over my 9 years of business travel. The room hvac air filter was plugged with lint and whatver that the air could barely pass through. I took it upon myself to clean the filters in the shower. GROSS. No wonder why my allergies were through the roof. Night stand was layered in a film of slime… there was leftover food in the freezer from a previous guest…. Over all nasty room.

We stayed here as a group for a robotics event being held at the Iowa West Field House which was less than 20 mins away. The hotel was a perfect location to drive there but also to drive to the Old Market area of Omaha. The staff is amazingly friendly, the daily breakfast that is included is a money saver. You have your eggs, meat protein, breads, cereal, yogurt, fruit and waffle maker. Even had red velvet batter! Hotel is clean and well kept. Indoor pool was a great option for kids to burn off steam at night. Lobby is cute with a fireplace. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is an older Hampton Inn. Great location right across from the baseball stadium. But being an older hotel it has issues that aren’t up to the usual Hampton Inn standards (none of them glaring enough not to stay here, but you should know.) TVs are not Netflix ready. Hot water was spotty; first morning at 5am it never got hot just warmish- the 2nd morning it got super hot after 15 min at 6am and 3rd morning was hot again at 6:30am. Do not get a room facing Cumming; loud traffic at all hours that is transmitted thru the AC unit and the click click click of the cars in going over seams in the concrete and the big trucks using engine braking all night; rather you should stay facing the parking lot or the neighboring hotel. There is not enough parking for guests so you may have to park on the street or at the hotel next door. But be careful during the day with all the construction, you can be blocked in by a cement mixer for hours if you do park on the street. Not enough outlets; no USB. No clock. elevator 2 (one on left in lobby) makes loud noises as it moves especially starting at 4th floor. Overall, I like the location.

Room Tip: Do not get a room facing the baseball stadium. Noisy. Also no view into stadium as hotel is only...

Conveniently located near downtown with a delicious, ample, self-serve breakfast included, this hotel otherwise failed to deliver. In addition to a pool area that was chilly with cold water in the pool itself, there was hot water for showers in the room only after running the water for at least 15 minutes every morning. Construction outside was given as a reason, which honestly made no sense. In addition, the pool was closed unexpectedly, which made the small ones in our party very disappointed, to say the least. Though much of the staff was helpful, especially the breakfast crew, one of the front desk personnel was curt and uncaring. Maybe he didn't like the night shift. Needless to say, as a Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect better from this chain.

They have some of the rudest people at the desk. I was there for business for one night. The guy that checked me in seemed very aggravated. I didn’t feel welcomed. After checking me in I told him I hope he has a better night he said uhhun and walked down the hallway. I was hoping at that point he would notice that his attitude wasn’t great. He obviously didn’t care . Our hot water in the room was not working I called the desk several times for assistance no answer as I really didn’t want to deal with him again. I finally just walked down and waited in the lobby for about 25 mins before he re appeared. He told me there was nothing he could do and it’s out of his control.as he shrugged his shoulders. I asked for a manager and he said he is a manager. That’s when I knew I would never stay there again.

The best thing about this facility was its proximity to the airport. If that is not a pressing concern, I would recommend one go elsewhere. Upon arrival I was not greeted with a welcome but rather a unwelcoming "what can I do for you." It appears that the two men at the front desk were in sometime of disagreement that my arrival interrupted. As there were no baggage trollys available, I asked for some assistance. One of those at the front desk said he would but then got back into his conversation with the other employee...and continued as I walked by with luggage. Several times during my stay I rang the front desk but on all occasions received no response. Asked for recommendations on where to eat or a good place to order doordash/uber from. The only restaurant given was a pizza place that turned out to be on the other side of town and out of delivery range. Both individuals at the desk should be taken out of service and entered into remedial customer service/customer relations training.

Fabulous Stay! I'm mad at myself for not getting the name of the man at the front desk. He was the nicest man. When we first arrived there was an upset family about a booking through booking.com. He nicely told them it wasn't anything in his control, even though they were very upset and yelling at him, he handled himself nicely. Then when he was dealing with us, he was as nice as could be like the other incident didn't happen. THEN- we made it up to our room and found out that the bathtub in our room didn't have any handles on the bathtub facet (it was completely missing). He quickly figured out a remedy. He was fantastic. Also- the breakfast staff was fast and through. Each morning it was very bust and the main lady in there was on her toes refilling everything. We had stayed at this hotel before, but recently we have gone to others. We will definitely be back.
