Never stay at this hotel the absolute worst hotel experience at 2:10 this morning my 8 year old son and I had our bags and left walking because we didn’t have a vehicle because this sketchy hotel had it towed. This hotel is beyond sketchy do not stay there pics on website are no where near what you need to expect people trying to look under our door, screams scratching on the wall no one working there at all last night and have tried calling 15 times today with no answer yet to cancel reservations.

My husband booked a room here for the CWS- the room conditions were deplorable. Broken curtain rods, frozen food in the fridge, bed not made - overall, it was disgusting. Carpets were filthy. And he couldn’t get in to his “boutique” room until after 1 am….

Truly the most horrific place I’ve ever seen. This hotel was 100% disgusting. Wreaked of smoke and urine, door lock broken, tv didn’t work, no toilet paper, went to ask for some and got 1/3 roll from another bathroom, peeling paint, hair and stains on bedding, just filthy. We demanded our money back and went to a different place. Seriously a total crap hole. I have it 1 tasting because there was no option for negative numbers

I paid for my room thru Hopper. The front desk woman “accidentally” charged me for the two nights at the hotel when she was only supposed to be doing a 50$ deposit hold. I was assured they had refunded me per front desk staff and it would show up in 3-5 days. 3 days later I was refunded partially. I emailed their front desk multiple times with no answer. I asked Hopper to help and they said the manager, Amanda, would refund me. That was a week and 1/2 ago. I wouldn’t trust them with your card information. I’m contacting my credit card company now.

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm surprised by the rating for this hotel. It is really questionable. I try to frequent local businesses when I go to other cities, but definitely can not recommend this boutique hotel. The quality was that of a cheap motel unfortunately. I was really excited with the pictures. It looked unique and fun, but I was really not impressed. Pros: It's cute on the outside, and the location couldn't be better I have to admit. Right in the heart of downtown Omaha, with some great views of the city. You're close to restaurants and activities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They didn't feel like hotel robots, so if you're going for that offbeat quirky feel, I appreciated that. Carport is nice. Cons: Exterior of the hotel is beat up. It looks pretty shabby. I found it strange that my room was assigned to me before I got there and I had no option for which floor I wanted to be on. Is that not a normal thing? When I got in my room I immediately noticed the air conditioner was beat up, rusted, and dirty. Not to mention straight out of the 90s or earlier. I was concerned about the quality of the air as someone with pretty bad allergies. The bedding had marks on it. Ash marks or something. It didn't really seem clean. There was a prong broken off in one of my bedside outlets. Not that big a deal but slightly inconvenient. The walls really felt paper thin. You could hear your neighbors easily, especially when they're yelling. The carport was kind of sketchy and it was torn up to access the plumbing in the room above it. The door to the bathroom was a sliding barn-door style that came off it's track and locked me in the bathroom while I tried to maneuver it back onto the track. This was really frustrating. Also the door had gigantic gaps so essentially no privacy if you are a family. Maybe most frustrating of all, the elevator was down the entire time. How would you manage here with a wheelchair? Overall I really can't recommend this place. I wonder what was changed in the renovation of the building. It was unclean and overall just not a very good stay.
