Always a great spot to stay when I come into town for work. Downtown market street is right near the hotel which has a lot of restaurants to offer. The evening reception area is perfect size. Parking across the street is the only pain.

Location, location, location. Everywhere in Old Market is walking distance when you’re visiting and The Embassy Suites Old Market is right there. No Uber, Lyft or rental scooter needed to get to Old Market. It’s right outside the hotel entrance. Valet parking is great or opt for the lot on the side of the hotel. Once inside, the place is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy plus the concierge stays in touch (via tent) throughout your stay to ensure the best experience possible. The rooms and amenities are immaculate. Breakfast and “happy hour” are really nice BUT don’t forget to order a meal and enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Very good food (I ate 3 meals here) and attentive servers. Everyone behind the bar is on point- Interactive, attentive and quite personable. Always a pleasure to stay here. I usually come to Omaha a couple of times a year and I come here every time. There is no need to even try elsewhere, unless they are booked. I should have posted this the first time I stayed but it slipped my mind. …

Bypass this place. Rooms are very dated. Furniture was ripped. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Once you took a shower the floor stayed damp and slippery. Had the thermostat set at 61, room never got below 73. Do t know where they took the photos. Pictures showed full queen beds, the pretty small for queens. Swimming pool picture makes the pool look big, it is not. The 2nd floor gathering area had dirty tables and snack food all over floor (social time is 5:30-7:00) but mess is still there next morning. I talked to friends that stayed there and they had similar experience. Too much money for hotel this old

Excellent service on the valet side with Edgar and Maria. It was a very busy morning, which I’m sure it is every weekend with the embassy being in a great location downtown, but they handled us and other guest very quick and professionally!

Our stay was great this weekend at the embassy suites in Omaha! We recommend to valet park, as the car will be waiting outside for you when you come down if you call down for the vehicle. It’s brought up by Edgar or Donovan was there during our weekend stay.
