Horrible! A nightmare. You would be better off sleeping in an alley. Called several times prior to arrival. No one answered. My reserved room for 2 queen beds… nope. 1 full size for 2 of us to share. Desk clerk playing on cell phone. No sleep possible after a 13 hour drive. Beyond disappointed!

Paid $130 for a filthy room with stained sheets and a broken lock. Terrible place. There was a hole in the hallway wall covered by cardboard. The lobby stunk like onions and garlic. Room stunk like cigarettes

If i could give this a negative review i would!!! Me and my bf needed a place to stay for a week and got this hotel!! Was told there was no breakfast and then when we got to the room there were bed bugs and crumbs all over the bed and walls. There were blood stains all over the mattress. There were NO light bulbs in the room and when i went down to get a room change the guy told me i was lying till i showed him picture's then he gave us another room. From then on thay ine guy was so rude to us the whole time!! We asked for a late check out on our last day so we could have a bit more time to get things in order and he said that it against there policy to have a late chrck out. I am a diamond member and have worked at a super 8 only 3 months ago and that is a complete lie!!! He then proceeded to call the room and tell us the latest they can do is 1145 the we would have to pay! Which is also not true!!! I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this places to anyone!! There are so many code violations here and the staff are so rude and dont want to help you out because its an inconvenience to them!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!…

There is nothing good about this hotel. It is absolutely disgusting. My sheets,towels and blankets were dirty and smelt horrible. Blankets had burn holes. The room hadnt been vacuumed in quite some time from the way it looked. My feet were almost black on the bottom after getting out of shower and walking on carpet for a just few minutes. AC, fridge, hairdryer and half the lights in the room didnt work. None of the entrances to the hotel had a lock so not secure at all. Customer service was horrible. Front desk personal very rude and unfriendly. Was charged more then it said on the wyndham app. There was no breakfast offered but after seeing my room and the rest of the hotel i would have never consumed anything from.I have stayed at some not so great places in my life but this place is definately in the top 3 worst places. I went to the closest walmart and bought pillows, a blanket, sheets and towels because using the ones in the room was not an option. Avoid this place. Bed was very uncomfortable. Everything down to the water pressure was horrible. I normally dont complain nor leave reviews but this place was that bad I had to leave a review hoping it helps others in avoiding this horrible place.…

They would only give us one key card. Not all of the lights in the room worked. There were no glasses or ice bucket in the room. Not that the bucket mattered much--the ice machine was empty. The Motel--OMG! The sidewalks were poorly patched and crumbling. The outside security lock was ripped off of the wall. There were broken down air conditioners and refrigerators in the hallway by our room. I'm going to avoid breakfast, but I've seen "out of order" signs in the breakfast room. We had trouble finding the place--there are two Spring streets in Omaha--and the GPS took us to the wrong one. It was in a part of town, where the streets aren't even paved. A call to the hotel, got us nowhere. The person, who answered, had poor command English. He kept telling us to use the GPS. He couldn't even tell us that the hotel was near the I-80 and 72nd street interchange. We found that out when, after three tries, the GPS finally got us there.…

The nastiest hotel I've ever been in trash in the rooms trash on the floor torn and ripped up chairs in the room chicken right on the desk TV that did not work blood in the bathroom on the towel racks and wall food on the floor holes in the wall you name it they had it ridiculous nastier than nasty
