Was part of a large group staying at hotel for multiple nights. Room and bed were comfortable. A double room is two double beds, not queens. Heating/cooling unit could be set for constant fan for white noise. Everything seemed to be clean, but the back of desk chair in my room was sticky so I didn't touch it again. No on-site restaurant, so several women walked about 4 blocks to a restaurant, then were told this isn't the best area of town, so we were advised against doing that again. Breakfast was out early enough for our group to eat and get to our event on time. Hot items included pre-made breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage on our first morning. The second morning there were make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon that had no crispiness. There were bagels available, but no bread for toast to go with our eggs. We asked for bread, thinking it had all been taken already, but we were told it wasn't on the menu for that day. There is a $10 daily fee for parking, so take that into account when looking at the rate. There is "free" Wi-Fi, but it tries to sell you an upgrade for another additional fee.…

Really nice staff at this property. Check in was pleasant but when I arrived at my room the Heater was not working. A quick call and 5 seconds later Dan was at the door smiling and joking about football all while quickly replacing an entire heating element in my heater. I saw him later in the elevator and he followed up and gave me a Marriott candy bar. Whoever hired Dan gets 5 stars. Thank you

We actually left another hotel to come here because the rate was good and they had working laundry machines. Upon check in the two guys at the front desk were very friendly and accommodated our request to be near the laundry room. They also gave us change for the machine. The bed was comfortable and my husband enjoyed breakfast and I enjoyed the morning coffee. Only downside is the $10 parking fee and there are some homeless people around the hotel. Good place for adults.

The staff was great and very helpful, everything else was misleading. Says hot tub on google but there’s only a cemented over circle where one lived long ago. The pool is basically big enough for one or two families. I listed us having a room for 5 and and we got a “double room with two double beds”. Idk what a double room is supposed to be but it was two Full mattresses packed into a regular sized room. Prettt cramped quarters. There’s also hidden fees to park when you get there, which is just greedy.

After a long day of travel and getting in at midnight we were greeted by jovial and welcoming night clerk/manager Omar. We were tired and grumpy, but his attitude made us feel right at home! This guy is a keeper! Everything about Omar says “relax! We will take of you”!

Located next to Creighton University. Parking is extra. Nice clean rooms and very attentive staff. There are some restaurant around but not many. The rooms were clean but the beds were on the soft side. The prices for this type of hotel were reasonable.

Location was good, you do have to pay for parking though. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, well stocked by the staff. They dud a have a pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was closed while we were there. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

This review is regarding June 25, 2022. I confirmed the reservation with a Marriott Bonvoy Rewards' Certificate. The ability to use the Rewards' Certificate was confirmed in person at the front desk by myself and the hotel General Manager, Christina Gilliland. Days later, I learned my Marriott Bonvoy credit card was charged for the stay rather than the use of the Rewards' Certificate as agreed upon and confirmed in person by the hotel General Manager, Christina Gilliland. I emailed Christina Gilliland on June 29, regarding the issue and have not received a reply. I phoned the hotel on July 1, and left a message for Christina Gilliland to return my phone call and have yet to receive a return phone call. The hotel is managed by Scarlett Hotel Group. I sent a letter on July 20, to Andrew Scarlett, a Principal and Co-founder of Scarlett Hotel Group regarding the issue and Andrew Scarlett has yet to provide any communication whatsoever. I have been a Marriott Rewards/Marriott Bonvoy member, since 1991, and earned lifetime elite status because of brand loyalty to Marriott. Never, in thirty-one years of membership have I experienced a blatant lack of communication and a total disregard of customer service.…

When I booked this hotel, I decided to pay extra because they promote a "hot breakfast" with pictures of a nice breakfast bar. In reality it is not nice at all. For 2 of the 3 days of my stay, the only "hot" breakfast item was a barely-warm Jimmy Dean store-bought breakfast sandwich that was mainly all biscuit. No cereal. No yogurt. It was pathetic and I was shocked that a Marriott hotel would advertise this as a hot breakfast. Save yourself the money and book somewhere else.

It was a short night before heading to the airport, but we enjoyed our stay. The beds were sooo comfortable. Everything was clean. We left before the breakfast started, but would stay here again if and when the need arises.
