I had a kidney transplant and my stay was about 14 days. The hotel is classy and clean. The staff is Amazing kind and professional. The staff that cook breakfast is so wonderfully kind. She works hard to get breakfast to the visitors. Coffee is great! Parking was available daily with no issues. Overall, great and classy hotel. The gym is Amazing and pretty advanced. People seem to love working out. I would stay again and again.

I decided to stay here last minute after a long drive from anothsr state. The check-in process was seamless...less than 5 minutes. My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the workout equipment in my room and the workout channels on television. I mistakenly left my body gel so the two types of shower gel located in the shower was very appreciated. Parking was easily accessible and it cost $10.00. I did not try the breakfast but the menu options appeared to be yummy. I would definitely stay here again.

I had no previous experience with Even Hotels. It is a very interesting brand of hotels, geared toward those who enjoy physical exercising. Each room is equipped with exercise equipment and there are many instructional videos on the TV menu to guide guests in a variety of exercise programs. They do have a bar, restaurant with a limited but interesting menu, helpful and friendly staff, and a very interesting décor in the public areas and rooms. I was upgraded to a huge suite, which included a very large living/dining area, bedroom, and huge bathroom. The bathroom included a double vanity, the largest and most equipped shower I've ever used, and an opaque glass surround for the toilet. I especially appreciated the room darkening shade in the bedroom. The hotel has an unusually large pool.

Downside: the bar prices were relatively high and the coffee in the lobby was a $3.00 charge. Tea was $3.50.

I definitely recommend travelers giving this hotel a try!

The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport, Old Market, and other destinations within 3 miles of the hotel, from 6:00 AM to late evening..

I have been to lovely IHG hotels in other cities in the past, and decided to try this location in Omaha. I am also a Hilton member and would usually stay at one of the Hilton hotels in Omaha, which actually offered a lower rate for this time period. The beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. One of the reasons I love this chain is because of hand-held showers. However, the hotel is not well maintained. The shower leaks, and there is a visible hole in the corner. The bathroom faucet has very low pressure for hot water. I would also say that the shower should be better cleaned. We are just here for a few nights, and can’t cancel the reservation anymore (and not interested in spending time arguing about it), but will not stay here again. Quite a shock after staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Edmond, OK, on the way to Omaha.

Hotel has a fun vibe, lobby area has table games, ping pong and a lively bar area. Family friendly and people are always congregating, dining casually and enjoying. It was lively and fun but not raucous.

Rooms are very spacious and equipped with basic fitness gear for stretching, body manipulation and core strength, more in the fitness room that is clean and well maintained.

There are many tile and faux wood surfaces which can lead to a bit of noise and with the hotel filled to capacity there were occasional kids in the hall playing loudly with exercise equipment. Nothing unusual for a busy family weekend. Hotel staff was responsive when the good times got a little excessive.

Staff at hotel were all VERY FRIENDLY and accommodating. All were patient to explain unconventional features like kiosk ordering in the grab and go restaurant. Fresh spa water always available in the lobby.

Parking was a bit challenging with the number of guests. It’s complementary but the lot is a bit too small when the hotel is full. Hotel staff offered some good ideas as to where to find other options.

Awesome 4-way shower head-never encountered anything like it before!

Thanks so much.

We stayed for one night on our way to Colorado. It's a comfortable place to relax with interesting and unique decor.

We were able to get a fifth-floor room (509) which provided us with nice views of the city. It was very quiet and I'm a stickler for peace and quiet, so I really appreciated that.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Very soft. The room was clean, smelling like it'd been well taken care of. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was clean.

Luckily breakfast was included because it's a bit expensive in my opinion. A frittata is $12, and I don't think it's worth it, given you can find a breakfast place that serves nicer food for that much.

But everything else was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

I chose this hotel because it caters to health conscious guests. There is workout equipment in each room with TV channels showing exercises! The room was spacious and clean. I was there for a convention and the hotel offered shuttle service. Here is my complaint. I waited two hours on one day to get a ride, due to the hotel not being able to locate the second shuttle driver, and the airport crews always got priority in shuttles.(It was snowing outside so walking was not an option). And another day I got a ride but had to wait 45 minutes to get picked up going back to the hotel.

We have family in eastern Iowa so enjoy staying in Omaha for a night to break up the drive from Denver. We booked a 1 night stay the morning of our arrival date. Upon check in, the 1st thing they did was tell us that there is a $10 charge for parking. When I booked, it clearly stated free parking in the booking details, so I showed that to the girl checking us in. She said, "well this is a new policy". So I'm like, "since when? since this morning??? I booked our stay 8 hours ago!' I have to charge it, was her reply. So....ok, charge the damn $10, I've been driving for 8 hours & want to shower & go have dinner. Then the journey to our room started with a broken elevator & a note taped to it stating where the stairs were. Great! So we trudged back to the front desk & asked them if we were supposed to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 5th floor? They said, "no, the other elevator works" Well then why does the note direct me to the stairs? Ahhhhh! Then I started to notice how filthy the floors were. They seriously looked like they had not been mopped for days. Just disgusting. I mean I could understand if it was at the start of the day, but shouldn't they be clean upon check in time? So up the elevator we go. The carpet in the hallway had food particles everywhere. Looked like a trail of crushed up chips that hadn't been vacuumed. So I guess you don't vacuum daily either then? By this point I admittedly was annoyed. But then when I get in the room & go to take a shower there are hairs everywhere! Plus dirty footprints on the shower floor. Clearly the shower hadn't been cleaned either. I was honestly unsure if they'd bothered to change the sheets & was not about to climb into that bed to find out! . Long story short, we went back downstairs & asked for a refund. They promised us a refund but we are still disputing a $28 charge on our CC that I'm not even sure WHAT it was for. Not sure why this place gets good ratings on cleanliness. I've never left a hotel for this reason, but I'll never book another night at this chain if this is an example of their standards.

Dear Lisamb50, I appreciate you for sharing your review about your recent stay. I am very sorry that you did not experience an exemplary hotel stay because of the level of service you have received. On behalf of our hotel, I apologize for the cleanliness in our hotel, the elevator not working and for the charge for the parking. This is not what we want any of our guests to experience. I have sent you a private message to reaffirm my apologies. I very much hope that you will grant us the opportunity to prove ourselves again. Best Regards, Ben W. Case Manager IHGService

When reserving, we were told we would get adjoining rooms. Upon arriving, we were informed that they have no such thing. Our family was split up onto different floors. The hotel staff suggested that if we weren’t happy with that, we could go find another hotel (it was 10:30pm, and we were with our children). The first room that we were sent to had an ozone machine in it and smelled like smoke. They were busy, so they then sent us to a room with a single bed, and said we wouldn’t be receiving any discount because they charge the same price for a room with two kings as they do for a room with one bed, and that if we had a problem with that we could call the manager when they were available after the holiday weekend.
The room has exercise equipment in it, a frosted glass barn door for the bathroom door. The whole building has a constant thrumming noise, and when the heat kicks in in the room, it is extremely noisy. The pillows are super thick and high. the shower had mold growing in the corners. Besides paying for parking, if you leave the lot, you need to pay again. I would not stay here again, and would not recommend this hotel.

We picked this hotel because of the reviews stating that they require masks and everyone is required to wear them. My wife has lung issues to having to stay at a hotel isn’t something we wanted to do but sometimes you just have to do it. This was one of those times.

We arrived and sure enough there was big signs posted on every door that masks are required. We checked in and headed to the elevator when we noticed that of maybe 15 people in the lobby area weren’t wearing masks. There was one lone person wearing them. We unloaded our bags and headed out. When we returned we got into the elevator a man and his kid came in and they didn’t have masks on. Again, we can’t take chances with her lung issues we we had to just get back off of the elevator. Everyone in the hallways that you come across didn’t have masks on either. It just wasn’t what I expected and had I known I wouldn’t have stayed here. It was truly disappointing to say the least.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I too did not have problems parking. In fact, we found the Omaha traffic to be much more tolerable than other major cities. We took the hotel shuttle to a local steak house, but could easily have taken our car there.
