Main complaint is breakfast and coffee. And so that’s not a bad thing. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The bathroom light didn’t always turn on but it had the heat lamp so we improvised. Felt safe. Smoked in middle of night no issues.

I visited Omaha for work and spent quality time at this hotel. Despite the check in that started with discrepancies between online reservation and front desk requirements to pay more deposit, the issue was resolved and I spent two night of good rest there. Good property and check out though.

I am a Wyndham Diamond member and a perk of being a diamond member I get FREE early check in-based on availability. I recently booked a room here and on my booking as a special request I stated I would need an early check in due to being from out of town and my arrival time. Check in for hotel is 3, I arrived at hotel at 1:30. I went to front desk to check in and the front desk staff told me If I wanted to check in I had to pay $20, I said "even if I am a Wyndham diamond member, I should get free early check ins" his response was, that's why I told you $20 instead of $25. At this point I was irritated already and said no never mind I am not paying $20 to check in an hr n half before normal check in time and proceeded to leave and as I was walking towards door he said, " I can do $10". Seriously! I said NO and because of that I went to my car, canceled the reservation all together and booked with another hotel near by and was able to check in as soon as I arrived.

I was told that all they had was the 4th floor sweets I got 2 rooms for the night cost $225 per room one of the rooms had broken air conditioner that room was hot as hell we told the front desk and all they offered was a fan and he even mentioned that we where luckey that we got the only working fan, they shorted us on the blankets and sheets the countertops had syrup on it, there was NO coffee machine in either room , all but one ice machine was out of order we had to go to the 3rd floor for ice, the key card to one of the rooms was not working had to get copy's and the copy's had to be pushed in and out 4 times to get the door open I know the keys thing is petty but for the price they should have worked. Breakfast, or let me say the lack of the only thing they had was one waffle machine everyone lined up like cattle and the liquid they had coming out of the dispenser was like water made the waffles come out gross not cooking properly some jack as was watering down the waffle mix ( how cheap can you get), trust me that was not a user error, there hot tub was broken , the juice dispenser was broke did not dispense , the coffee machine down stairs did not work would not turn on , other than bread and micro muffins oh and chocolate donuts tased like they pulled them out of a trashcan from somewhere, oh even the front sliding doors to this place where broken had a note saying to pull them open and shut as you go in and out of the almosteverythingisbroken inn, the elevator sounded like it was about to fall making noises no elevator should ever make, the elevator doors where closing on people getting on and off I saw one lady fall because the doors grabbed her ankle, the ceiling tiles throughout this place had stains everywhere and had a lot of missing tiles too , in the main lobby look up you'll see a big chunk of wall missing exposed pipes , I will NEVER STAY AT THIS place again I feel like I was robbed, the only thing this place has going for it was the night desk clerk he was friendly and was a joy talking to. None of the staff I encountered were wearing masks. The only visible protections I saw were plastic sheets in front of part of the front desk, but I don't think this would really protect you if the person was sick. There was a used conditioner bottle left in the shower, so I don't know how well my room was cleaned beforehand. The hotel has I think 13 different wifi networks that you could connect to and it wasn't clear which one would necessarily have the best signal. Regardless, my laptop couldn't connect to any of them. My phone and tablet could though.

Couldn’t get me key to work when check in. Tiles on the ceiling were wet and looked horrible. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had.I was told there is no coffee pots in the room because of Covid yet for breakfast they had one gallon of milk to be shared by everyone, ridiculous. When you look at the cost of $200 a night this hotel was no better than a Red Roof Inn. Make sure if you do stay ask for a room not facing the highway or you’ll pay a lot of money for a room and get no sleep.

The front desk was very professional and most of the staff wore masks. Even though most citizens have been vaccinated, as a guest I would feels much safer if the staff wore a mask. One young man wore his mask all the time and I felt very safe when I interacted with him. The guest room, wow. They are very dated and you can tell from the musty, mildew smell when you walk into the room. It also has a mixture of dust in the air due to the dust air unit. It triggered my allergies and it turned into a cold. The floor is damp from the moisture in the air and the curtains needs to be steamed cleaned. There were gnats coming in from around the window and the bathroom sink. Eeeww. The back door is supposed to be secured and locked, accessible by guess key only and it accessible by anyone. Not safe at all. The bathroom, guest laundry room and front entry was was very clean and presentable.

This is a hotel that would not be fit in a 3rd world country! There is no maintenance being completed or maintained in this building. Starting with the front desk, sheet rock being held together with masking tape. Nothing hiding plumbing or electrical above the check-in area. Lighting falling down above our room door. Once in the room 316, wallpaper peeling off the walls in many areas. Ottoman in the room dirty and stained. Lighting cover in the shower broken and missing parts. Shower with copious amounts of mold. Shower curtain rod attachments broken from the wall and including the wall on either side. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke on the 3rd floor even though this is a non-smoking building. Went down to the complimentary breakfast at 0810 (breakfast stops at 0900) to find virtually nothing eat. Cereal but no milk. biscuits on left in the open on a baking sheet, which were harder than rocks. refrigerator empty. Asked the person at the front desk, "where is the breakfast?" He answers, "Breakfast is done a 9." He also stated that "Yogurt is against the policy"???? Please see the attached pictures to the condition of your facility. Went to check in and you could tell the hotel needed work you could see inside the rooms from the parking lot and they were a disaster (furniture,beding etc. stuff was everywhere and looked broken and dirty), I understand if it's under construction but I did not see any signs of anything getting fixed. Front desk /check in the ceiling was busted up and looked like it was falling down. The front desk clerk gave me my keys with a sticky note that said my room number (little weird but I went with it) we pulled around the side door and the outside entrance widow was busted and spider webbed and the lock was broken like someone tried to break in. The key wouldn't open the door plus there was glass everywhere so I couldn't go in even if the door opened. Went to the room and it was not cleaned dirty linens everywhere and the maintenance man had all his tools layed out and wallpaper off the wall and he was obviously working on the room still. He said he would be out in a little bit and that we should get a new room. We had our two young kids with us and they were already scared with the door and glass and scary condition this place was in. I called the front desk and Noone answered. Called again and front desk answered and said yeah we probably should get you a clean room huh. And don't mind the maintenance man he's harmless, my wife and kids here this and my wife is so upset and disgusted she had to leave. She did not feel safe at all and the room were dirty and beat up. I told the front desk that we can't stay here it is a disaster he said " I get it I can check you out" No help was offered or any mention of trying to make it right. I worked as a HIEX Genreal Manager and this place needs closed until it is safe and sanitary and staff is trained. I am in the process of calling the appropriate higher ups so this stops happening to people. Stay somewhere else.
