This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway with several restaurants in walking distance. From the equipment in the parking lot and a sign on the front entrance asking workers to remove their boots, it is apparently still undergoing renovations. The first floor hallway looked nice and had new carpet. Our room was clean and also had new carpet and paint. The queen beds in our room (#123) were both creaky which made it difficult not to wake each other when getting in/out of bed. The breakfast buffet has been replaced with pre-packaged pastries and muffins due to COVID-19 concerns so that was a bit of a disappointment to us.

We found this to be a very reasonable stop on our trip with a very nice continental breakfast that included many options.. It even had two waffle makers. The room was not very big, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

so the room we were given, immediately upon walking in it was clear the room had not been cleaned and was in total disarray. We immediately walked back downstairs and the young lady at the front desk on June 15th was totally nice and apologetic and accommodating and gave us two choices. A lesser room for a discount or relocate downstairs. We chose to relocate. She handled it very professionally.

The only downside is there is no elevator so we had to lug our luggage back downstairs.

they're taking precautions to the Corona virus so breakfast was in a to go bag which was a nice accommodation.

Sadly there are some shady characters who were seeming to be hanging out at this hotel and one guy was continuously in the lobby without shoes and sometimes without socks clearly intoxicated.

we got this hotel at a really good rate and we're only crashing for one night so I really couldn't complain.

Stayed for a FedEx work trip got back to room after work yesterday and found bed bugs, 3 of them, there is black mold horrible! (Room was under my managers name) Tried to check out at 5 when I got back from work yesterday they refused. He says that the room is beautiful and there's no bugs and no mold and because my stuff was in there for 2 hours of the paid day he will not refund, even though i informed them i was leaving to seek safe haven. To further the insult even though I stayed at another Choice Hotel last night, he would not refund me for the room so I paid for two Choice Hotel rooms last night for just me. Stay away from this hotel the service is horrible and the cleanliness is horrible and I don't know about anybody else

What you’ve described is deeply concerning and does not reflect the standard of service and cleanliness that we strive to uphold. I’m also sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced when attempting to check out and seek a safer environment. Your comfort and safety should have been our top priority, and I regret that our response did not reflect that. We will be addressing our policies and training our staff to ensure that situations like this are handled with the urgency and care they require. Fortunately, the pest control experts that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of bedbugs in any of our rooms. I understand your frustration with being charged for two rooms, and I apologize for the inconvenience and financial strain this caused. This situation was not handled correctly, and we will be discussing this matter with our management team to prevent it from happening in the future. Again, I am deeply sorry for the negative experience you had, and I appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. I reserved two room for myself and extended family. The beds were not very comfortable, rooms were clean, bathrooms are tiny. The refrigerator in one room did not work. I based my choice on this location believing it had a hot tub and lounge as listed on the Choice Hotels site. Because of the construction neither of those were available. After a long drive and a very full day at the zoo we were looking forward to a long hot soak. The lobby area was dusty and the staff were working off a makeshift table. It was awkward to do business and get checked in. The host was apologetic and did give me a discount which appeased me somewhat. The exercise room was very dirty and dated. The pool is tiny but heated and ok otherwise. The breakfast food was very good although in a room much too small, seating only 12 people at a time, we had 7 in our group, and a sign saying not to take food out of the room.
My biggest concern was safety however. A pitch black parking lot at a hotel is just asking for trouble. Fortunately our vehicle was fine the next morning and I didn't hear about any problem, but I was uneasy about it. I thought I asked all the needed questions. Free parking? Added resort fees? Total price with tax and any other add ons? Now I will add, Are you under construction to the list ! I suggest everyone else do the same. Staff was pleasant and understanding but that doesn't change the experience .

Not the greatest quality for a Quality Inn and not to the fault of the staff members—they should be paid more for all the complaints they have to deal with! They did a nice remodel, but a cheep remodel. We walked into our room and there was standing water in the sink. There was no plug pull, so I called the front desk and he actually was familiar with the problem as he brought a tool to unplug it. I’m sure he gets it all the time. I feel bad the staff has to deal with stuff that corporate should take care of. We were having our continental breakfast (which was good btw..good hot coffee, bagels, waffles, yogurt, etc) and over heard from other customers that their toilets were broken—as was ours—feel bad for the maintenance. He’s a busy man! This is not a review for the hotel, but for corporate who should reevaluate their business—give this staff a raise!

This room hasn’t been actually cleaned in a minute.

The sheets look clean. The countertop around the sink feels clean. But the faucets are not. Neither is the back of the toilet or the lid. I actually cleaned it so I didn’t have to keep looking at whatever was there.

Someone else’s make-up, and curly black hair was on a towel I used to dry my hair. The shower barely works. The tub hasn’t been scrubbed in god knows how long. And I don’t even want to think about how the palm prints all over the headboard on the bed my child slept on came to be.

At least I didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs.

Never stayed at a Quality Inn and I never will again. 🤢

Stayed here one night on the way to Michigan from Colorado. The hotel was clean and in a good location close to the highway. There is no elevator so if that's a problem just remember that. The toilet in our room kept running all night long. It wasn't loud enough to keep us awake however it was running. Staff was pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again.

The room was good. Clean. Beds very comfortable. Micro and fridge worked fine. Noise from freeway NOT an issue in room. When booking, advertised onsite lounge. That has been closed and being converted. Azteca resturant had drinks but at table - only disapointment of stay.

This hotel needs some upgrading. It shows it age. Not to the point of being unworthy to stay here but smaller issues. We had a problem with the sink faucet and the phone. Both were reported to the front desk. Overall it was quiet and clean. It is in a good location from the interstate. There however is no elevator.
